Thanks imtoasted and welcome! These new light are definitely doing there thing. Really liking the IHG strains so far. They are getting very bushy and branching out nicely. Beautiful plants. They'll be flipped within the next few days here
Thought maybe they gave me wrong seed with DrG but she is all white hairs still at day 42 so looks to be a Sativa at least! Really liking how her buds are developing. Nice round golf ball sized nugs at every node.

Gonna update the flowering girls this week. Both are at day 42 of 12s.
First up is LBH. Some early yellowing of the fan leaves on this girl. Stems are turning purple as well. Not going to really change anything though. The buds seem unaffected as they have nice color, oily, stanky and sticky. Hasn't hit the sugar leaves either. She's only got 2-3 weeks left so. Think my soil is lacking trace minerals. Only put azomite last time so looking into adding greensand and rock phosphate on my next recycle. Some burning of the upper fans on her as well. She's just so much bigger than the others so lights kinda close on her top buds.
DrG. She's an easy one so far. Just topped her with some EWC and Kelp meal.
The 3 Lani x Mazars are only at day 5 so not much to update there.

Breaks are the best! Good to have you back bro. Glad I didn't give up on LBH and DrG. Going to be some good smoke there.Been on a break for a while, great to catch up.
Alright, all girls have just entered the flower room today. Here are the vegging girls before flip. AK47 is 42 days from seed and the other 3 are 51 days. AK47 is the youngest but is also the only one showing preflowers
Back row is Slurricane on the left and LemonLimePunch on the right. Front row is SensiStar on left and AK47 on right. AK got fimmed about a week ago so looking scragly up top. Chopped off the bottom 4 nodes on her to so she was alot bushier before.
Here are the IHG girls. LLP on the right. Both have formed a nice round bush with nice branching and node spacing even with the new veg8 light. All other girls were very tight nodes. Think these girls are going to stretch some in flower.
Here's SS. She has the curly, gnarly leaves that looks like she just got out of bed. Very thick foliage unlike Slur and LLP. Very tight nodes and thick stems.
And here's the flower room now with 9 girls. Had to prop them all up because of LBH.
LBH looks to have about a week left and DrG can probably go another 2-3 weeks for sure. They are at day 51 of 12s now.
Some bad news on the new vegging girls. I germed SuperLemonHaze, DoubleDutch, GirlScoutCookies, KosherKush, and a JamaicanGrape a few weeks back using paper towel method. All had tap roots in 2 days and I threw them into some soil. I went a little deep this time so the shell would come off on its own. None of them have broken soil so I screwed something up. Think it was like a 1 or 1.5 inches deep. Didn't think that would be a big deal but none of them have broken soil yet. I normally do jiffy pellets on purchased seeds and they break ground in 3 days. Did AK in paper towel this go and when I put in soil it broke ground in 6 days so yeah this fukin sucks. Pretty sure I just buried them to deep since all of them haven't come up. Will give them more time but I don't have high hopes. Never lost any beans where tap root came out but 0 for 5 on this one. Sucks! Was going to go mad scientist and mix some genetics with these ones. Oh well. Guess I'll get an early break this year.

Yeah, bum deal on the beans. Over it now tho. Love seeing the mega with a full room. LBH buds this time have more blueberry in them. There's a purple hue developing this go. I didn't do her quite right this go. Think I let her get too low on Phosphorus with the early yellowing. Her stems have turned red/purple too. Buds look good though.Sorry to hear about the beans. Thanks UA! Flower room is going to get exciting in the next few weeks here. Girls got a good start with the veg8. Comparing girls from previous grows in veg and they are definitely off to the best start!
I agree with the yellowing and needing phosphorus when it happens too early in flower. Happens to some of my plants too and im pretty sure that's the cause. What do you think red/purple stems mean? Lack of mag? Ca? All my plants have those colored stems. Effecting yield and taste maybe? Hard to tell with some of them.. yield could be better but the taste is pretty damn good.
Maybe pull LBH a little earlier if she's gassing out.. I had the same deal with the D, she yellowed before her time. I wish I took her a bit earlier, maybe even just a few days earlier than normal. Smoke ended up to be really good anyway, LED/white light is great for potency. I'm betting you're going to like her better than the last run even if the last one looked better. Curious to hear what you think when you've been able to chop and dry some

Not sure what the purple stems mean. I have a feeling its from the phosphorus as well but that's just a guess. Don't think its from ca or mag as I use Roots Elemental weekly which should be plenty. My soil mix does lack some mag but been watering with a pinch of epsom every watering as well. Check out this purpling. Goes all the way down to the trunk.
I think the buds are drawing nutrients from the stems as well
If you rub the stems there is only a faint smell. That said the buds are in tact and don't notice much diff from my last run. Think it'll still be some fire.
LBH does appear to be gassed out. She is still putting on some weight and needing water every day. Late push of white hairs too. Think your right tho. Gonna chop her soon. Quick pic update on the girls. The Mazar x Lanis are at day 20 of 12s. DrG is at day 61 and the rest are at day 9.
DrG in the back left corner. The 3 young flowering girls are mazar x lani. Middle row left is SensiStar. Middle row right is AK47. Front left is LLP and right is Slurricane.
LemonLimePunch on the left and Slurricane on the right. These girls are getting big. Almost time to defol some. Lollipopped them some on the bottom growth.
All mazar x lani seem to be exact same pheno. They were put into flower before maturity so took a few more days to flower but they are starting resin production early! Love seeing that.

Really digging new 420 Mag layout. Very professional looking! Wasn't a big fan of the upgrade that happened a few months back but they sure did a good job on this one!

Looks miles better. I hear mobile will be light-years better too.
Don't worry about the purple stems, if the buds smell right, they should be killer. Did you feed the last one from the bottle? Those Slur and LLP are going to get real wide or tall, depending lol. I did start feeding them GO BioThrive Bloom. The only bottle being used and using it only during flower. Giving my current girls this too. My soil mix is not that strong and needs some work. Most plants with my mix display a slight mag deficiency but not sure if its actually mag deficient. I may end up going back to Roots Original and stop recycling soil on next grow. It was fun amending/recycling the soil and I learned a lot but picking up a bag is just so much easier Plus my little grow area is getting cluttered.
Slur and LLP are gorgeous plants. They've gotten big! Especially LLP. They def do go UP. I don't know if its my new lights or what but all the plants bud sites on the new girls including SensiStar shot up. I'll get a pic update soon. Having a hellava time getting email notices going. Late seeing some great pics. Plants looking real good. Excellent harvest coming up. Often grew Romulan outdoors.....red stems in genetics. Great shady area strain....could get by 5 hrs. sun. Inside seems part nutrient related & part light related. For me seems to ebb & flo....gets worse, then sometimes even almost goes away, varies w/ strains in same grow.

Hey BL! Glad to have you back. Some adjustment time needed for all the changes going on here at 420 Mag. Crazy red stems on LBH this go. All others seem to be ok so going to chalk it up as an anomally.

Update time. I chopped DrG a few days ago. Nice plump buds on her with lots of white hairs still. Trichs were almost all cloudy with a little bit of clear and amber so I gave her the axe at 65 days of flower. Pretty quick for a landrace sativa that's listed at 90-100 days. Sorry for the poor pic quality on her. Was a late night.
Flower room is starting to fill up nicely.
