Alex's - SCROG - 620 Watt CFL's - Actual Wattage - Super Lemon Haze

Hey guys iv pulled a bud :) it's drying in a paper bag in the fan oven as we speak at 50'
It's a bud from below a cola so maybe I shoulda took a top bud I dunno anyway lol
It's 7:45 here invi I expect to fire it up at around 9:00 that plants had no nutes for about 10 days I think so should be clear of chems

Got a question....... If I say the plant is ready I was hoping a 48 hour dark period but I'm wanting to spilt harvest it and finally re veg it.
So is two 48 hour dark periods not recommended? And would they cause much heartache to the plant as I want it's feelings and emotions right as I want to re veg it last thing I want to doo is drum male den dances into it and re veg a hermi
Would I be best doing as iv said or giving the dark for the main harvest and not for the second or not bothering at all? Thanks guys

small fish big fish worms on occasion pigs, cows and chickens if its got legs fins or claws Get in My belly! don't like artichokes

Smoke test is currently in process
Puffed on a 0.5g piped half an hour ago
One minute in hairs on neck start to tingle sending warmth up and down my neck
Senses heightened sight and sensation I can feel my heart beat I'm my fingers right now
All in my head at the moment. Head and shoulders maybe arms too feel stoned but legs have plenty energy for now
Watching tv and and colours are bright my face is tingling and smiling

That's how it's for now il update in half an hour were 30 mins in now

It does but I don't no if it could suit me for all of it
I'm guessing its so heady because its a bit early
But I shot myself in the foot because the top colas have most cloudy a couple Amber's
And there is still clears lower down.... Which is we're I took the sample from.
Maybe I need to take a sample further up the top tomorrow.
Tonight's was very intense now it's peacefull chill out nearly back to normal now
Maybe I need smaller doseage as I'm used to such shit weed not as thc rich as this
 
OMG first it was a sample down low and the another one just a little higher up and.... and another just a little higher up.... but seriously the tops will always be more better always. The cool part about it is it all yours to pick,smoke as fast or slow as you want:)I sure aint going to lay a guilt trip on someone if they harvested their grass to early! I mean how the hell do I know if you didn't let your grow that extra couple days that would have put you in nirvana:)

Thank you guys. Completely chilled now. The plan is to check trics again in the morning and to take a sample off a top cola to see how I like that. Dependant on that we will either harvest tomoro or later in the week :)
 
Hey miwa thanks for ur input.... The only problem I have is that iv got two in flower now and it's my only space to grow ATM
The other plant I think to have at least one week left so if I strip right back ready for re veg I'd have no were for it to re veg whilst the other plant has her final week.
If I chop top buds leave middles the week and then leave everything tiny that may work.
Or would u recomend one harvest max for a re veg through added stress?
 
I had a afghan plant very unique pheno I got about 3 1/2 pounds of bud from it in a year. It would just reveg from stump pretty much I miss that girl :( I called her the NYC xmas tree...
 
hi alex, looking good, the foxtailing is ok, dont worry about it, its just more bud in the end, even if it goes hermie now it wont have time to produce seeds so dont worry to much,

the buzz your looking for will come my friend, wait till the whole plant is ready to harvest, you need to check buds at different heights, so for instance at the moment the top bud may be ready but the others are not, just wait a week or so and the whole plant will be ready, id check that the top bud is not getting a higher temp than the rest of the plant, if it is then this can turn the trichs cloudy quicker so check temps at canopy level then lower down the plant,

id harvest when pretty much every bud you check is cloudy, if you want more of a couch lock affect harvest when the tricks have some amber to them all over the plant, so id check buds at top, middle and bottom of the plant, obviously the pop corn buds will be imature compared with the rest as these wont be getting much light, but all the outer buds should turn all cloudy when their ready for harvest,

another option you have and i have used before is to harvest the top of the plant first, harvest all the buds that are ready then put the rest of the plant back into flower and harvest when ready, their will be a few days for it to get over the shock but once it does it will be back into flower production and the rest of the buds will then mature perfectly,

if you was interested in the reveg idea then you would be able to do this no problems, harvest the plant and even if the other plant has got 2 weeks left then you will still be able to reveg, either put the plant back under 12-12 till you harvest the other then flip back to veg or leave the plant near some natural light if possible, a window ledge or even the corner of a room will do, so putting it back under 12-12 wont cause any problems, then flip it to veg when the other plant is done

if you reveg you end up with monster cropped plant, what this means is many more branches, this is perfect for taking clones from so if you like the strain then you would have endless clones, plus you will end up with a bigger yield from a monster cropped plant, instead of having the main bud you will have a plant that has many top colas similar to a scrog but a monster cropped plant dont need a screen.
you will get anything from 20 to 40% more yield if you reveg, just remember it takes 2 to 3 weeks to go back into veg, you will have very strange growth for the first 2 weeks then it will go normal and back into veg, then veg for as long as you did this time or till you think the plant is ready then flip to flower, you will be pretty impressed with a reveg plant.

as long as you leave some growth on the plant after harvest then it can be reveg, i harvest my plants right back down to the main stem, cut all side branches off and just leave the tiny popcorn buds that you get in the middle of the plant, thats idal for a reveg,

well done on the progress so far, you will have some nice buds to smoke,
