Hi mate....sorry I've been off line but all the Virgin internet (and TV grrrrrr) went down.
Really sorry to see Mathildas issues but I agree with LA....flush is a good one. I read a thread on Monos from B.Real that "lemon water" is great. Basically cheese grate a lemon into 5 ltrs of water and "feed" the plant. Not seen it before buddy but B.Real swears by it :)

That should really bring the ph down anyway but didn't you say yours was low Alex?

Iv go no accurate way of reading PH at the moment.
Just the paper strips. Now wen I ph'd the other day it was a touch low. But I didn't think low enough for issues.
Now iv got no ph up so I'm guna experiment with bakin soda. Iv read 1tsp per gallon brings ph up by 1 point
So I'm guna try knock up a gallon of perfect water with half strength feed or just molasses as u say LA

You need to get a good metre mate. I never used to worry about PH until I found out how far off it can get. Mine is a cheap three way that isn't great but I have compared it with others and it does work at least. $22 at a flower growing store. Old school.

Best I can do buddy. I will say this that flushing a few times at the correct points of plants life is greatly beneficial. Im sure Donpaul mentioned it with strain hunters? ! :)

Hey Light Addict, what does adding molasses to a flush do? By flushing do you mean a heavy watering with plain water? Thanks man!

Hi mate. Yep, lemon juice LOWERS PH but the point B.Real was making was that the zest etc acts as a tonic and hlps bring plants OUT of lock out. It was an interesting read. It's on Mono's thread buddy :)
 
Cool hope it was covered in Reps show :) but for on here to answer,BEST I CAN LOL?!?! a flush is normally 2-3 times the volume of your medium. You use PH'd water to re set medium to correct PH and to flush all built up salts or over fed nutrients. The molasses should draw more salts out than blank water.
Also molasses is if im correct here or any of this lol :) nah sorry as was saying its great for some soil microbiology :)

I hope that your girls are getting there health back I cant believe how many page,s this thread has jumped since the last time that I popped by I hate it when a lock out happen,s if that,s what it is sure hope they are all good again :circle-of-love:
