Lol.....don't get me wrong guys, I'm not "para per se" . I'm a confident guy with no anxiety in my real life :) . Just the growing that I'm para over and RIGHTLY so lol :)
 
Lol Yep hence my move! Then I drop off face of the planet in the real world. At mo to many friends know my business. Although I trust them all, as Im always very generous to my friends :) (this helps lol) Im lucky to know a landlord who doesn't need any details full stop, so by by me!
Then the fun begins :)
 
I used to be totally paranoid about my grows used to think my walls and roof would be glowing for the helicopter to see which used to be overhead here every day n night..... My house is an old Victorian house. So I had my exterior walls completely cladded in 110mm polystyrene board then rendered and top coated. And my loft space filled up with 12" of loft insulation. The company said its as Eco friendly now as name and new house for holding its heat. Went from energy efficiency rating from a "F" to a "A/B" so now I don't worry. My heats not visable. No one knows anything... My smells ok so I'm good :) still don't take silly risks us guys Gota be sensible
Can't wait for u to go "off the grid" n massive LA :)
Oz a bit of grow para never hurt.... It's wen it gets outa hand ya Gota worry lol
 
Alex the "eco warrior" lol :) This global warming is bloody cold though mate :) Not getting political here but.....all this shit weather only really kicked in when the various governments decided to "save the planet" by doubling our taxes for "ecological green ways". Earth is organic and therefore copes and evolves with what we throw at her. Rant over lol :)
 
I like the theory that the ozone layer / atmosphere will in time self fix
With the Eco stuff I was just saying oz I didn't have it done with "save the planet" in mind.
It was more to insulate the place n in turn lower bills n keep us warm plus mask my hot wall with grow room. My walls didn't have a cavity so we couldn't just pump the walls with wool. It's just 2 course of cold brix. Iv been here 5 year now in this house. Always been on pre payment gas n electric meters. Always used £40-£50 pw gas this time of year. Seriously the house just loved to heat the street outside lol. Now it's £20pw and every week there's a few extra £ left on the meter the stuff they put on my walls is amazing buddy n looks smart as too :)
 
Hey mate :) I wasn't calling you "swampy" lol. I know exactly what you mean buddy......it makes perfect sense too. I was serious about the planet though. It CAN mend itself....has done for millions of years. Think if a SERIOUS addict suddenly went cold turkey.....they have MAJOR body shock...weening off is the way. With Earth we've just gone BOOOOOSH.....no more cfc, 50% carbon cutback etc. The Earth is in withdrawal . Government love it because its a great excuse to raise taxes. ALL this crap weather is since the Kyoto Treaty was signed .
 
It's funny because me n my mum were talking about this earlier.
Before it was mentioned here and she shares ur theory shed watched something and a scientist was putting it across ur way and it makes sense. I'm unaware of that treaty u mentioned in guna google it
 
Also..... A bit nervous n it's my own greedy fault!
There is an electrical supplier that specializes in pre payment meters. They are the cheapest in uk on this system.
The man from that company came knocking and I signed up. That company has to install there own Smart meters.
What's the problem I here u ask...... Jack built my house..... Picture this.... Iv got an electric and gas meter beside my houses main fuse box. Obviously the guy is guna have to turn the electric off to install the new smart meter. BUT wen u flick the main fuse box switch it does not turn all electric off. There's a second box upstairs which turns off all the lights in the house. In the corner of a room. Which room? My fukin grow room!!! I'm now on this company's books. Luckily they are givin me a date for the install so il have to strip everything out the grow room incase he needs to be in
 
Mmmmm....mate, fit a curtain rail around the grow room and close the curtains :) Unless there's an actual meter in there he won't need to go in :) A few plug in air fresheners work well too :)
Hey, your Mum and I are the same era....we remember that Summer was warm and Winter was cold with snow. No hurricanes, No 30 degrees in October......this planet is suffering because some idiots SOLD a tax raising idea to governments. Buddy, they can't predict NEXT WEEKS weather anymore so 20 YEARS ahead????? NO CHANCE

Hehe. With Global Warming, I was expecting year long tropical beaches on Lake Huron, Erie, et al and lo and behold, I have to learn to build an igloo instead.

That about the meter oz..... Basically I'm saying to turn all the house electric off to make it safe to change the meter hel have to go into the grow room. The actual switch is in the grow room itself lol il have to strip everything n put plants in my bedroom.
That said I wonder if there's a switch in he street outside that cuts electric to a property that he may use changing meter?

I'm no expert Alex...but I think he may be able to change out the meter without entering your home. I would assume he would need to change it live unless he disconnects the main service drop to the house...shutting off the main breakers at your service panel(s) will not kill the electricity to the meter

Always better safe than sorry but I wouldn't stress too much

He will have to enter my house though. My meters are under my hall stairway lol

Morning buddy, the topic of global warming lol. If you give Richard Branson a call and tell him to check the micro biology above the Galapagos islands. There is a rare form of micro organism that get pulled up through the movements of the ocean and the convershing winds above the islands. Basically it is a little living thing that consumes the toxic and gives back fresh. If you manufacture this organism then distribute in the upper bands of our atmosphere it would survive and be carried about in the gulf stream eating our toxic gasses.
It solves his problem to which he offered millions to anyone that came up with a cure.
Just get him to use one of Virgins big drone solar aircraft the ones they use as a cheaper satelite system. To spread the stuff. All done problem silved then more hps for all! :)
