Hi Sir (bow, bow scrape) Light lol. Got 3 fem and 5 regs as freebies off Herbies with the Tut :) So...... 3 fems are a flux certainty :) God, how far ahead of myself am I lol :)
 
No problem one bit, It will get filled no worries! You will end up just tilting the angle of the plant slightly as you train. Then just remember the way they fit back in after you've taken em out to stare at em lol.
For your area you should do a hydro or dwc version of my flux lol it would be a perfect spot. I would post a pic up but dont wont to jack ur awesome thread!

Though I am not fluxing, I had to train my Bubb to fit a rectangular space exactly as yours, except 2ft of width. I'm sure with the Flux it will be far easier, but even without it, IT is still possible.

Here's a pic a couple of weeks ago before I put her into flower:

Awesome AG, you've now broken my norm rule! I made a kind of guide I would only sub to fairly small journals that are easy to catch up on. Yours is one I have thought of many times lol (but it was so established). now with that pic you have my salivating Sir so I'm on my way!

I just checked out ur Flux thread LA I never new it was running. See how u got that flux girl.... I bet my two seeds would take well to that method in my space. Maybe a 5-6 week veg. I was initially planning on 2x mini versions of gert but now after seeing the fluxed plant I'm thinking she looks crazy awsome radio smasher and I think I could do that without to much hassle. Plus she's grew rectangular due to the method of training and what's more she is symermtrical

Cheer my friend your real kind! It's kind of my big thing at mo lol as I think it has some real potential to grow stupid size crops. You just need the space for a separate veg area so you can double up the growing so you have a permanent crop cycle. My girl is doing fine with just 5 CFLs for veg so not a big veg time cost.
I can afford the veg time as My tutts going lol. Given this method to hydro or cocco it would be able to go a lot quicker and bigger. So yeah it was tossed around for a while on a thread here to whether it was Main lining or a different style and it was decided it stands on its own. So its my style as it were. its bloody cool to be honest all the feed back I'm getting. just needs good long veg period to get optimum.

Hey LA....do you think I'd be better off doing this than "Gertie style"? Basically I was planning on 2 grows here before getting "premises" lol :) My Mrs has a VERY sensitive job and she's MEGA paranoid over the grow. So, I was thinking 75% return of 2 grows off 1 that takes a little longer makes sense :)

Two fluxed chicks. In my 4x1.5 ft space. 6 weeks of veg they'd have 400 watt hps threw veg and 650watt to flower
I don't have the room nor the want to have a continual harvest at the mo just one grow at a time for me. I think the short veg iv been giving my grows latesly has been very telling in my yields. 30 days is just no enough

I have no knolage of dwc this run is good old canna terra pro + soil :)
 
If you don't mind real long veg? although your in coco so might be a tad quicker. I think its a far easier method of training and can produce far more bud. So less work and attention for better results???!!!?!?!?!
My girl is gonna have like 3 month veg total but I expect over 20 with no worries as long as I don't fook up. So yeah Oz if you fancy getting more out of your girls over longer time frame go for it.
The Gert style is great as you don't need big veg its literally trained with growth and development. so no extended times. Both have there pluses, but Fluxing is gonna I hope be my Crowning glory as it were! Well I still have the double fluxed waffle to come but thats just gonna be for giggles lol.

When I look at were ur flux was on week 6-7 that is big enough for me to flower out I'd say
Correct me if u think not though mate. Just thinking for me. Iv got 4 hours on a morning before work n I can dedicate maybe half hour a day to training easy. Fluxing looks super simple and I'm not looking for 15's or 20's
 
Alex that would work a charm as with hps for flower you get quite a bit of stretch so you would have long enough growth to play with in that time frame I think. You might end up going longer or shorter in veg its up to you really. The other point is I remove every other node to get a better spread and less over crowding. This could be doctored for your own needs?
As long as you get a good span of shoots and give em plenty of time to grow upwards once happy with where they are. Giving you the room for big Colas.
 
Yep you could flower out at that point easy. I'm just doing it longer cuss my gert is hogging my flower spot. Plus I want this silliest of yields!
It takes less work than that! lol once you have the main couple of wires strapping her down. Just defol on a bye daily basis, water and adjust every 2-3 days lol
 
Mate, I look at this way.... Veg 10 weeks or so is QUICKER than 2 germinations, sprouts etc across 2 grows :) If I could get 15oz each it justifies the time spent :) Yeah, I totally agree, it's less effort too so I can devote MORE time per plant :) No brainer (just like me lo) really :) You sir are Heaven sent :Namaste:
 
Sweet it's deffs one to think about for me then. I remember that as a seedling u were contemplating ditching it with its weird leaves lol n look at it now..... Don't judge a book by its cover :)
I'm guna have to read your flux grow start to finish wen j get time. U topped/fimmed very very early correct? Great idea of the removing every second node. Do u do that as soon as u see the start of the node growth?
Like a say I will read it start to pressent
