Alaskey Purplish RDWC

Does it kill PM where the light doesn't reach?
Never used it. Probably not. And considering PM is a systemic issue, not a leaf issue it wouldnt work like they say. Ive used it a few times for other things, but again no idea if it works haha

- Carbaryl
From Wikipedia:
Carbaryl is a cholinesterase inhibitor and is toxic to humans. It is classified as a likely human carcinogen by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

And I'll bet they never even tested it burned and inhaled. So many other choices for bugs that I stay clear of these kinds of pesticides. And I grow outside (along with lemons, pomegranates, pineapples, and satsumas).

I went to look at my new found friends. There were plenty still around despite the alcohol spray. I mixed up some neem and sprayed every living thing in the shed. Aphids aren't hard to kill usually. I lived in a house that was surrounded by rose bushes... ive killed me some aphids. BUT never on a pot plant... never even seen one.

My Clean Light.

Its a direct knock off of the pro model, but a different shape so it can be pushed into the plant easier. The light is very dangerous.

If I remember correctly its UV in the C scale. If you parked this thing over an area for 10 seconds everything in the light would die. You gotta keep it moving. The body of the light is just 4 inch ABS pipe from Home Depot. The light and ballast were bought online for $40 or so. Shit! I should have seen what it does to aphids!

I forgot you all live in California.

Lambskin are old school and not vegetarian/vegan approved. You have to go with synthetic polyisoprene nowadays. :laughtwo:

And I did not just look in my nightstand to come up with the word polyisoprene.
Happy to say I haven't looked at any of these materials since the early 90s

this page went quickly. Stltoed that light looks crazy. it looks like those things that you hang at night and the mosquitoes go to it and die.

It was one of my first projects in our hobby. I read about it and decided to source the parts and put one together. There was no way I was gonna spend $500 for a new one. It would fuck up a mosquito. When you look at the interior surface of the plastic you can see the finish is all fucked up from the light. I really haven't used it much
