Alaskey Purplish RDWC

I'm eating vinson ATM :laughtwo: It's yummy
I love a good buffalo burger. There used to be a place called the Buffalo Inn close by that put out killer bison burgers, and scratch made potato chips. Makin me hungry.

Venison is one of my favorites.

@Stltoed that's what happens when you mix up your cover scent with your doe in heat attractant.
Just went Tyson on his ass. STOOOPID. I love to see that stuff, morons and their bid for a Darwin award, but I worry for the animals

Jealous I won't be able to go this year but my family should make up for it for me. They all love to go out, I do too just don't make it back there often enough. The deer down here eat cactus and weight 60lbs, stupid Coues Whitetail. There are muley and elk in the northern part of the state at least.

I took a nice young tender whitetail couple weeks ago.
I'm a country boy. We have a huge garden. Hunt, fish. Not as much as when I was younger. Sometimes I'm in a tree stand while I'm on here :D
Thats awesome, I would love to do that... ger dressed up and hang out for a 200 yard shot. Probably couldn't use my gun if there was much walking, but maybe ill just put some deer stink on and choke them out

Prong horn might be fun. Second fastest land animal... makes me think they may be skittish and long shots

I sit on corner/edge of a corn field. Taste like corn fed beef. 20 yard bow shot :D
Farmers love hunters. As long as no arrows are left in the field. Tractor tires are expensive. Haha
Bow and arrow? Oh man, thats way too sporting. I think they should allow land mines, maybe hand grenades

Sounds like home, the deer are usually fat from all the corn and alfalfa. You'll get a few stinky swamp bucks in rut but I like the ones who just lost their spots...veal venison.
You guys are making me hungry.

You want sporting? Check out Jared Allen hunt an elk with a spear! Dude was a beast for the MN Vikings and he was also a curler. :laughtwo: Told you, you need to learn how to curl.

I PM'd you the video, I wasn't sure what management around here would think about an elk getting stabbed with a spear.

Depends if dude was burning a J while waiting to chuck that spear. :rofl: :rofl: :19;

Thats amazing. Big ass elk. That would feed the fam. for a while!

Does anyone fish? My family had a lodge next to the headwaters of the Santa Ana River. I spent a ton of time fishing that steam.

Have you ever ice fished or gone spearing?
No. We don't have ice around hear. I would love to go spear fishing. My wind isn't very good, so I'd have to practice.

I just kinda skimmed through to get caught up... the one thing that did stick out to me as I was quickly skimming through....

Was “I wanna play with dynamite”

hahah that’s an accident waiting to happen! Could you imagine!! The updates just won’t be the same without me being able to see you’re feet!

If you're looking for a challenge you should try ice bow fishing. That's right you chainsaw a big hole in the ice you're usually inside of a hut or tent so that you are shadowed and you can see better down the hole. Then you just patiently wait for us fish to swim by then you stick an arrow in them and reel them in. I've never done it I don't have patience for that but people around here do it in the winter I guess it depends on how bored you get.

And by the way pronghorn antelope are delicious!
