I'll be switching from cfl to Dwarf @ 30" once she stretches above the foam barrier. Unless anyone thinks otherwise?

I start mine at 30" with the ps1000

My makeshift reflector "fence" while I use CFLs. Lol

This is the 3" foam top I'll be using to stick the 6" garden staples for my first flux attempt. Should help block the light from heating the totes.

Looks like a sweet setup. I like the insulation that will most definately keep the rez from raising temps

Vex man!! Looking great! Your getting me antsy. I will set up something once my hermie is dead. Hey one thing though. That chiller will produce heat. Thats why it has a fan in the back to vent at least thats my assumption. Keeping the chiller in the tent may lead to heat issues but i would test it out and see what happens

How much of the Dewey do you have sticking out of the water? Trying to decide how much water to put in my system, but obviously the deweys won't worked submerged

Well, on my first test fill, I had the water reach just above the Dewey's Min line. Seemed to mist just fine, as we saw in the video. I'll test different levels, see what works best.

There is a min and max level on the dewey. Stay close to min unless you want to add an air stone then you can go to the max no problem. Its kinda hard to see and i missed it which led to root issues. If your at the min and the plant gets thristy you can run out of water so keep an eye

You should be good as long as its aerated you can go to the top of the mister just dont cover

I'll order my tote this week, would 4" net pots work for a SOG with plants 2' to 2.5 feet tall?

I think so, as the roots will hang and get deweyfied. Seems you'll be getting a tote large enough to handle all of the roots.

Definitely. I could buy a new yellow lid and try a 4 plant SoG as well.
