Advanced LED Diamond Series - 200w LED Grow Light

Does anyone out there have this light Instruction Manuals Advanced LED Diamond Series - 200w LED Grow Light or know anyone who does? Why? I bought this of a guy on amazon for a great price, read allot about it and wanted it, my problem is he has no owners manual! Can anyone tell me what the 2 on/off switches are for? I have turned them both on and both work. I just don't know if I have them both on all the time, or if there is a different setting for vegging and budding, any help would be awesome!

Grow Cycle Switch - Select your color output and intensity or run full strength.
NEW - Color Select Switch for Cloning, Veg and Flower Cycles
That is all I can find on the net. I would think both on would be Full strength and one switch on for what they call cloning

They just turn on different parts of the LED, turn them all on. There is no veg/bloom switch.
