Adding nutrients?

Hey, y'all --
So, I started my first grow (indoor) a little over a week ago and I have four autoflowers in a Fox Farms Ocean Forest & organic perlite mix. Everything seems to be going well so far, but... when should I start to add nutrients? What nutrients do you recommend?

After four weeks then 1/4 nutes and work up form there. If you see burned tips on leafs while doing that the back down the amount of nutes. FFO is hot and has enough nutes in it for one too two months of feeding.
