Ace Seed Tent Grow And More Outside

Well I braved the elements of the dogs and finally got a look of the garden and HOLY SHIT did some of my plants just explode this week with the hot, humid and sunny weather (with occasional late storm) Now for the regret part that I hoped I wouldn’t be paying for after my last outdoor post. They got to my CBG plant shortly after the last post again, and is struggling to grow, but alive. I actually debated taking the runt Panama x Golden Tiger plant outside to replace it, but no way with my Canadian timeframe/weather. My Mac(k) and Blue Cindy just went nuts. Blackberry Moonrocks is looking good too but not nearly as bushy looking, but better than most others. The reason I think for that is because I didn’t top them yet, but they are now. So the ones further along in growth got some training as well today. I’m pretty sure I know what plant is which because I no longer have stakes in my pots. Gone for a week because of my foot, couldn’t play ball, and so the knuckle heads shred them across the yard. . . .even the plastic ones. So enjoy todays pics

So here’s hoping for good weather and mental health this growing term. I’ve started journals and barely finish them. Hopefully most of these problems are behind me now and that the outdoor weather cooperates as well. So all plants inside will be in 7G fabric bags and outside will consist of 20G rubbermaid garbage cans. Using Pro Mix soil and MegaCrop for my nutrients. So here are the plants that have been started last week. I know I’m late but I did something nasty with my back and couldn’t start them until then.

TENT (ACE SEEDS)
Golden Tiger
Golden Tiger x Panama
Killer A5 Haze
Malawi

So Golden Tiger is amazing, Malawi and Killer A5 I’ve tried to grow but issues happened. GTxP will be my first attempt at growing her, and might need to restart her from seed. It has a taproot but not sure if it stopped growing after. It actually grew out of the shell towards the light and had to flip her around. I also know that there’s a good chance that moat of these might not finish until near Xmas. Golden Tiger was just over 26w from start to finish, with just over 18w for flowering alone. Thinking 6-7 weeks of veg before I switch them to 11/13.
OUTSIDE
Canuk Seeds - Mac(k)
Canuk Seeds - Cinderella 99
G13 Labs - Blue Cindy
Seed Stockers - CBG Zero
Anesia Seeds - Slurricane
Anesia Seeds - Blackberry Moonrocks
Sensi Seeds - Banana Kush Cake

Now last year I grew the Canuk - Cinderella 99 and has been a goto afternoon appetite/mellow strain for me. I tried to do the CBG last tent grow but had a wpm issue and ruined my tent grow. Blue Cindy I’ve grown indoors before and she trained/stacked nicely. Everything else is a first try and we all know the first strain doesn’t include the K but can’t mention it by name. Outside strains will stay inside until probably the end of the month. Nights are still pretty col
I love Ace gear. I'm late, but subbed!
Just a marshydro 5x5x6.5, but I use to do 8 plants in a 4x4 when I first started growing. Just gonna have to train them out a lot but I'm pretty aware I could have a jungle growing in there in the long run. My first runs/try didn’t go crazy stretch wise for me in flowering, but I trained them out as well.
You could fill that tent with one Golden Tiger in a 20 gallon. An insane veg! I filled a 2x2 with one a little over a year ago and want to do that again.

I grew Golden Tiger last year myself in a 7G bag like this one. I got close to 500g wet and is my go to stain along with my Cinderella 99 for afternoons. I filled a 5x5 last year (before I lost them, my mind was in another place after losing my Dog) but filled it with a Malawi and Lennon pretty nicely. Got a bit of Lennon tested before it went to shit and would love to grow again soon. Cousin just did and it’s one of her go to strains now she says. Staring to become a Sativa guy after Indicas dominating most of my early grows. Still need some for my mom and myself for sleep

I have one now that wants to fill my 48”X48”X72. And another that wants to fill my closet. Incredible growth with these Tigers 🐅. CL🍀. :morenutes: :cheesygrinsmiley:

I like growing Indica but love the challenge of growing Sativa landraces. That might just be because I don't do as well during veg as a lot of people. But sativas never disappoint me in veg! Like this Namkading at 30 days, I believe.

An Indica might be 6" tall and in a five gallon. This one was just transplanted to a two gallon. It gained all that size in a one liter pot. I love growing them, but my motivation is of course better effects.

I love 💕 them too but I just wish they didn’t take so long. CL🍀. :morenutes: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Ok so I put the tent into 12/12 on Sunday, yesterday I did a little training and today a quick sip for some plants before a full tent watering for everyone. Thought they would have stretched more but realized today that I never changed the lighting over to flowering spectrum. So down I went and switch the lights from blue to red and now wait patiently. Looks like I have leaf health issues still from my brief gout absence (much better now) Hoping that clears up soon but willing to listen to suggestions on what to do. Anyways here are some pics from today

Had an issue and looked just like that last year. I shocked them by putting my outdoor girls out too soon… turned out it was a Cal/mag situation. I amend with glacial dust which is a Cal/mag powder.

Hope you can get them back on track.

Outside wise I haven’t much to say. Things seem to be progressing nicely, but lost a limb to one of the dogs a few days ago, but they’ve been good since. I still haven’t given any nutrients to my outside gals but seem to be doing fine with all the random t-storms we’ve had. I’ve taken the tops of my Banana Kush Cake and Cinderella 99 plants and wired them to the tomato cage. Hopefully this will help promote growth from the other limbs upwards. As I think there’s 2-3 weeks before flowering is triggered in Southern Ontario. CBG is growing but it’s gonna be a sample when all is done it seems, but I hope I’m wrong and get some steady growth out of no where (well I can hope right) So some pics from today

I agree with Dani that it looks like a Cal-Mag issue. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

So yesterday I gave everyone in the tent a good watering and with the suggested cal/mag included. I have the small compressed little ball mix and so I took some out, placed in a small baggie and beat the crap out of it into a fine powder. Everyone seem to be happy happy when I checked on the, today and starting to notice the stretch slowly starting. Removed some of the dead yellowing leaves for a slightly more picturesque pictures for todays post

Aw crap! I was playing with the dogs outside and kicked a small ball for them to chase. Sadly it hit a container, bounced up and landed on my MAC(k) and split the main stem from the top downwards about 6-7” Out came the medical tape and bandaged up and seem too be ok today, but who knows what will happen with flowering weight around the corner. Everything else is doing fine, still wish my Banana Kush Cake and Cinderella 99 were as developed as everyone else but are starting to look bigger overall. Anyways, here are some pics from today and still haven’t given anyone outside any sort of nutrients yet. . . .maybe soon.

You should leave the yellow leaves on your plant then it can use it for whatever it’s lacking. I know it’s not as pretty for pictures but it’s better for the plant. CL🍀. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

I will more than likely do that for now, before I do a defoliation around week 3/4 of flowering like my past grows. Some of the ones removed today just needed to be touched and they dropped right off. Funny enough, this sort of happen last grow with my Golden Tiger. All my fans leaves pretty much shrivelled up too nothing by week 7/8 but thankfully she grew/stacked nicely until she finished after 18.5w flowering.

I’m going through the same thing with my Golden Tiger right now. Smh I really hate it too because she was so beautiful before. CL🍀. :morenutes: :cheesygrinsmiley:
