Ace Panama, Groot, In High Brix

I use the magical butter machine for my coconut oil infusion and that setting is 160 degrees for 2 hours. I decarb my flower in a convection oven at 240 for 75 minutes if it's a CBD dominate strain and for 60 minutes if it's all THC. I've had the testing done and those times and temps will get you in the 98-99% decarbed range.
So you think I could try decarbing my THC dominant keif for 60 min at 240 then dump that into coconut oil and let it sit around 160 for 2 hours? I could try that tomorrow!

Ok, just some pics to show how I messed up. Guess I didn't get to that fade fast enough? IDK... but It does bum me out to see this damage already, still have a ways to go too...

Then we have the Panama clones I took before putting her to flower... I know.. pretty small still...
I am more curious about the curled new growth... any thoughts on that will be appreciated!

But thats for 7gal right? I needed 1.5gal of water for my 10gal...
Well maybe......I've never looked at it like that. I've always just give the 48 ml + 2 ml tea in a gallon of water and fed my 10 gallon pots with that and then followed up with pure water next feeding at 1.5 gallons of water. I guess it is confusing because the directions say mix 5 gallons of water but the kit is based on 6 plants so that math doesn't work either.

Good morning Dajerm and gang!

Ok Dajerm this is not a bad thing, this is an opportunity to learn...a learning experience...which is a great thing! This has happened many times to me when I am learning what a plants needs and expects of me. This is your first time around with this plant, and even though others have grown it, yours is unique as you started her from seed.
Now if all your environment stuff is in check, we can look back at what you did, or didn’t do.
I think your math on how you arrived at the super drench was spot on, as far as the directions are concerned, BUT, Groot disagrees. Sorry I love that name! She was showing tip burn and fading after the CATs, and then you gave her a straight water drink, which was wise, then a light DS which you saw an improvement, then the SD left you with the new growth showing more burn. Neiko experience with the same stain was different, but he mixed the SD lighter and remember no two grow room environments are alike.

Log this in your head and if all things seem the same next time, tweak what you do next time a little. Growing the same strain can seem boring, especially if you don’t have room to have a lot of varieties, but I find it very rewarding to really hone in on a particular strains needs. This only happens with trial and error...a learning experience.

I have a picture I want to show you next post here....I need to upload it..be right back

Ok here’s a pic I took last night of a Chem Star (bright green) and in the corner you can see a bubblegum 40 days pf with burnt leaves. I’ve been cloning her for a couple years now, and she is a light feeder. I gave her a strong Super drench (x1.5)I had mixed up for my OG by accident and she did not like it, she is pissed. Ok I already gave myself a boot in the butt. But this reminded me of the first time I learned this. She will still finish nicely, I’ll clip some necrotic fans off soon to get Light a little deeper.

What I’m trying to show is I have done this, and apparently am still capable of doing this when I know better. I make small adjustments next time and learn!

You’ve done a heck of a job on this grow, and have put it out there for us all to see, and learn with you. :Namaste:

Hey J, nice shit going on as usual... I had the burn happen to me last year, and they pulled through with Great Buds.. No real noticeable dif in those... Nice Clones, no worries there, low Humidity maybe.. IDK.... Green Days, and damn good work man that girl is sexy, Scars + THC = SEXY... lol ( and HIGH)
Hey there MH! Yep I’m sure I’ll stull manage to get some sticky buds from this... I just strive to have my plants look like Docs at the end of flower. I did pretty well with Noel last round but this one got me! All good though, as DL pointed out this is a great leaning experience! Yea the clones are doing pretty well, only have room for one so I culled those other two... the one I am pointing at in the pic was the winner, putting on new growth daily as the others stalled. Humidity might be a bit low in there at time of pic, but that’s night time humidity, pics were taken right after lights came on. All good, she’ll take off soon! Thanks for looking.

When you divide out Doc's directions, it comes to roughly 7ml per gallon of soil. I've always done 7x the normal amount I would use of TP on my SD. I have ended up with crispy leaves at times though. The SD is something I'm still learning when to use.

... Yeah you strike me as the long leggy blond hair type B lover LOL Green weekend and all
Hay there MH, actually I’m not a big fan of blondes, love redheads and brunettes... with some muscle... not too much though.
Really I picked that one cause it was putting on the most new growth/seemed the most vigorous of the three survivors. Have a great one!

Hey there DL, well Groot is a little burned... at least i'm trying to see it as a learning experience... when really I just feel stupid... sometimes man... I swear... I feel like the dumbest MFer. But thats in the past, gotta move forward, take it with a grain of salt and learn from it.
Anyway, she's a bit burned, but still trucking along! Here is an update while I am here. Thanks for stopping by DL!

Ok so:
6/10/18 Groot received Brix Foliar (4ml+5oz water)
6/12/18 Groot received Water 1.5 gal RO

And a few pics...
