Looks like you're really, really close in that spot. How does it compare to other spots? I'm seeing in the last pic that they're going from cloudy to amber, but in the first pic there is definitely an amber spot.
One of mine was similar to your third pic last weekend, and I gave it another week. I have checked since, and thought maybe mid-week had a shot, but still holding out. Won't be the case for long though. Either tomorrow or Saturday I'm guessing. Last weekend there were places that were maybe getting to about 10% amber, but more places than not were still just cloudy and starting to maybe turn amber. What did it for me was there were still a fair bit of clear places that I wanted to at least cloud up. That might put a few spots that ripened a little earlier into more 15%+/- amber, but whatev.
So yeah, you're right on the cusp. This is where personal preference comes into play. If the rest of the plant is more like the last pic, I'd give it a few days to let some of those that are starting to turn amber go ahead and turn. Unless I'm looking for a complete knockout on an indica, I'll shoot for the 10%-15% amber. On a sativa, maybe 15%-20%. Depends on strain, intended usage, etc. If they're a hybrid, it could go either way depending on which way it looks to be leaning, described effects, and what I'm looking for with it.
No real right or wrong at this point, just what you prefer. Now if it was like some of those you see in the FAQ part of the board..... that's a whole different ball of wax. You're well past most of those stages though.
(I'm waiting for someone to post a seedling that's just a few days old and ask if it's ready.
