A Closet A Light & A Bucket Of Dirt

Hello again my friends.

I decided to go ahead and flip Cyndi our tasty little Delicious Candy.
She is growing pretty fast and looks close enough to me.

This will be day 20 of veg.

Cheers all.

She looks like a happy little Vegemite...

Angie the Tangerine Dream is getting harder and harder to deal with. Lol.
Those long floppy branches are starting to get floppier.
Just makes it hard to do much to her. Too big a plant in too small a closet.

Hello friends.

Angie the Tangie has pretty much been on auto pilot for a while now.
I can't really get to most places on her without breaking stems and so forth.
We are just going to ride it out.

Day 54 of flower.

Everything is looking good Ditch!

Just a thought - seeing that the shoots have grown so tall and in line with the light, maybe removing a few of those reflectors could get more of the light going at a wider angle, like horizontal to reach the buds right at the top? Just thinking out loud :)

You might have bitten off more than you cared to chew on that one. I've grown this strain before and she was a monster. If you have to you can do alittle pruning and clear some space. If you want to grow again,,, lesson learned... If I ever want to work with these runaway strains,, best to work with clones,,, seedlings tend to get taller.. And veg under flouescent lights.. You can keep them real close to the starts and they stay shorter.. And first start of flowering like 10 days,, use your MH or veg light. Flowering lamps, HPS I'm not sure about LEDs but I know HPS lamps compound with the stretch run into taller plants.. But then there are so many strains to try out.. Myself,, I stay away from most sativas in tents. But it sure is a nice plant. And is great herbs...... You'll have a nice harvest if you can tame the beast.

Thanks Skoon.
I think that you are right on the reflectors (refractors?) but I think that I am going to just leave things the way they are.
Some of those top colas that are dancing with the light are not going to be smoke worthy. They are providing cover for the
buds right below them. She has kind of formed herself into that spot and is doing pretty well considering.
I think that I would lose more than I gain.

Lol. You got that right Woody. I did not know what I was going to get, but not this.
Tangerine Dream is sold as an indica dominant strain. This little piggy appears
to have none. That stretch smacked me right upside the head.

Damn man, she's getting HUGE! And getting frosty too. I think you need to go get some more jars :)

Lol. Thanks mouser. I may have to buy more lights too.
She has been a fun one though. She would have been glorious outside.

Cheers all.

I just finished a Candy aminute back and that one you have looks close to the same. She grows alittle taller than some,,, not as bad as the one your dealing with now, but the branches don't widen,, they grow more or less straight up. And the buddage will be like a spear. It was good pot,, and a pretty good yield of rock hard nuggets... The flowering looked pretty close to the GG4 I'm trying now.. After that beast,, Candy will be easy GL and Keepem Green

Thanks Pat and Woody. I appreciate it. Pepe does too. Lol.

Angie the Tangie is on day 58 of flower. Still a long way to go for her I think.
She's hanging in there though and doing pretty well.

Cyndi the Delicious Candy checks in on day 7 of flower. I am really liking her so far.
I flipped her at 20 days of veg so size should not be too big an issue.
