A Closet A Light & A Bucket Of Dirt

Nnoooooo!! No that is much bad news, how bad is the breakage? Hope she pulls through brother. We are both on day 26 of flowering :passitleft:

Those pics were taken a little more than a day after the.... incident. Lol.
She appears to be fine. I'll not be moving her around much though.

Cheers friend.

If the branches aren't broke completely off, with proper support they will do just fine. Bummer About the light. I'm kind of worried about mine. I have them tied up with the smaller rachet type ropes up to a light rail. The light started sticking abit and I looked and one of the wheels is alittle outta wack. It went back with a push. I'm pushing the limit with weight on these 3.5 rails with a 30 plus pound hood. Well paranoia wins out and I ordered a rebuild kit before I start her up again. I could see it falling in the middle of the night, busting plants and glass all over,,, I know I've had plants outdoors I was to lazy and didn't tie them up properly. Came a heavy rain and I had plants split right down the middle. I tied them back together with some old panty hose. Another good use for panty hose. Any Old Biker thats been around, knows they will also keep you nice and warm, under your clothes in you need it. They work good from experience. Now my secret's out.. Damn it. GL you might want to up any silica you might have around.. Or some B1 or superthrive might help with the plants repairs.. Keepem Green

So your lights all right? Plants looking good.. sometimes I wonder if they like that. They want to be vines, tough, grow anywhere there's some light. They constantly remind me of the black knight in the holy grail. I can see her looking up at the light,'tis but a scratch'

The light is just fine. Nothing broke when it swung across the closet
doing its Tarzan impersonation.

One thing that is good about this particular light is that is has no moving parts or
anything that is especially breakable. The COBs themselves are fragile but they
are protected somewhat by the reflector hoods.

Pretty lucky nothing was damaged though. Not wanting that to happen again.

Cheers.

you should buy some light chain much safer and easy to lift lights up and down with the links , i even use them on t5 and there is no weight BUT once my light did fall , a hps and the pot melted i was so lucky i woke up early that morning and checked , was like 6.30 am , prevention is always better than cure my friend

hope shes ok

You are right Prof. Just something that I have never thought of before.
Especially with this light. If not for the heat sinks, it would only weigh a couple of pounds.

I will check out light chains as you suggest. Thank you my friend.

Rosie seems none the worse for wear. She never even had a droop to her.
She has been a very healthy plant though. She may have saved herself with that health.
(That and some tape lol).

Cheers

Rosie the resilient,, so happy for her health,, cheers from zihuat ditcher

Hello friends.

Rosie is on her 29th day of flower. She appears to be doing well.
Looking like she may get a few large buds on those towers.

Her color and mood are healthy as well. Rosie is starting to smell.
Think big smelly indica plant with a touch of sweetness. Very nice.

At this point, she is going to do what she is going to do. I would like to clear the middle out
a bit to help with air flow, but I believe that I will do more harm than good there.

All in all, Rosie is rocking. Lol. I will give Delicious Seeds a +1.
