A Closet A Light & A Bucket Of Dirt

You know Ditch, I really am diggin the way those buds are looking man. They've got some really nice purple and blue-ish hues throughout the bud, and seemingly spreading outward, gradually fading as it tries to reach out towards the tips of the larger, longer leaves. But has completely enveloped the smaller sugar leaf. Great looking smoke. Everything I've read on it makes believe that its going to be a tasty one. Do tell, eh Ditch?
Got some Blue Dream from HSO. You've helped nudge me in the direction of popping 1-2 to try and get some nice purple buds again. :) I'd really like to get ahold of some good old GDPurp. Could use another good laid-back, easy-going indica. Sorry for gettin sidetracked in the middle of your journal Ditch. Cant wait for a smoke report.

Mrs. Bonsaiweed even said......... :goodjob:

Take that as a HUGE compliment....

I will certainly do so. Thanks to both of you.
Tasty lookin buds there man!! Nice job!

Thanks Toast!

I just smoked a bit of the quick dried stuff and it is pretty good. Nice stony head high.
It didn't even taste bad. Lol.

I have seen some folks grow some real nice Blue Dream plants here.
They always seem to love the high too. I have a freebie Blue Dream from BlimBurn
that I have almost popped many times. Lol.

Cheers friend.

I would also like to know the answer to the cbd strain question. Its about time i tried to grow something like that myself, but im sure ol' Ditch would knock it outta the park, as usual.
Nuttin but respect, Sparks

Try something with a 2:1 ratio, like the CBD Critical Cure from Barney’s Farm. That may be the ticket, if you don’t have chronic pain.

Thanks all.

Florence the Sage CBD is now the leader of this crew I suppose.
She is on day 30 of veg. She seems to be doing pretty well.

Gloria the Liberty Haze is on day 14.

Missy and Patience the Early Miss autos are still hanging out together.

Missy is on day 21 and Patience is on day 6.

Just gotta wait for some of these girls to grow up some more.

Cheers friends.

I didn't do very well on the stealth part of it though. Lol.

This will be the last day of Mandy the Sugar Candy's life.
Awesome little plant that is one of the stickiest that I have grown.
Love her colors too.

Ironic that one of the last things she sees is her very first sunlight.
She shall rise again though. Rise from the ashes of a big fat doobie.
Many a sunny day shall she enhance. This is not goodbye Mandy the Sugar Candy.
We shall meet again. Wrapped in your burning embers embrace. Lol.

See you soon.

Cheers.

Man this plant looks like a work of art. I wouldn't want to chop it LOL!

Thanks for the heads-up Sue. I've got a couple of Critical Mass CBD. Its a 1:1 ratio at about 5 percent thc/cbd. I think they're by "CBD Crew." Never tried before. But definitely on my list of things to do/grow. :)

Thanks for the kind words all. And welcome RETRIX.
It is nice to have you.

Sorry that I have not been around the past few days. Life can
be demanding at times. I'll get some pics in a bit and we will continue on.

Cheers.

Thank you Ditch, I have actually been following your grow for months now, even before I finally registered lol. My next grow after The Blue Experience will be my first Photo Period grow. I'm going to basically follow your method of top twice and then flip after 30 days. I sure could use plenty of advice and help with it kind sir.

Thanks Joe. I have not tried fabric pots yet. I think that I am going to in the near future though.
I have been curious about them for a while.

Sound like a plan. The 30 days is negotiable though. Lol.
I had one recently that went over 50 days in veg. That was Rita the Sugar Black Rose.
She was worth every second of it too.

Thanks for following along.

I just had a problem with Fox Farm Ocean forest soil causing all kinds of deficiencies in my blue berry plant. I just transplanted it like 30 min ago. Check it out and let me know what you think?

Yeah buddy it’s allows your roots to air prune dry I believe . More evenly drying out . So faster it dries out you need to feed water again? Leads to more vigorous growth rate ? My thinking anyways man. Just looking out buddy.

Good looking start bud .

Ditch.....I got so caught up in the cob thread last month that I missed the contests altogether. Congratulations on the award. Well-deserved. :bravo:

What they do is air prune the roots, so you end up with a mass of tiny rootlets feeding the plant. They do dry out faster too, which can accelerate the drenching schedule. I've used both hard pots and fabrics, and I prefer the fabrics myself, but that's just me. :battingeyelashes:
