A Base Treatment Regimen For Cancer

Yes, he can still tack. He's not activating his digestive system.
So, after reading, here's a few responses.
If you decarb in the oven, the oil will be runnier.
An amber color usually means you've nailed it.
A good indica, maybe even vaping a small amount should get appetite going.
1g a day should be 3 doses minimum. 5 doses optimum.

There a buttload of carrier oil in the Bio Bomb. For suppositories, the 2 extra tbspn per dose can be omitted. Use butter, not oil & freeze to solidify immediately.
Color. The cannabinoid doesn't have an effect on color. Usually, the amber colored oils are the better quality for reasons Nurse Tsu hit on.

Thank you. If you were closer I'd have wrapped you up in a big hug.

So, if I understand you clearly, the process becomes:

Bio Bomb Suppositories

1 gm CCO + 5 gm carrier oil heated to mix + 1 TBS liquid sunflower lecithin.

Thoroughly combine and refrigerate overnight.

Combine this with 4 gm of cocoa butter per dose (5-6 per gm of CCO) and form into suppositories.

Freeze to solidify. Store in a freezer bag.

**********

Does this work for you Cajun?

Do you store them in the freezer or the fridge?

I've learned that if you coat the measuring spoon with oil before you measure the lecithin it falls right. This stuff is sticky and messy.

Some info...
The Canna Budwig protocol uses cottage cheese. This causes many things to happen with the mix & in your body.
I'm not going to go into the details here, but one of the things that happens is oxygenated cells which cancer doesn't dig.

Allow me.

The cottage cheese contains the amino acid cysteine. Cysteine contains sulphydryl groups, which are groups having a sulfur atom bonded to a hydrogen atom. The carrier oil contains polyunsaturated fatty acids, most importantly alpha-linoleic (omega-3) and linoleic (omega-6).

When you combine the cottage cheese and the carrier oil the sulphydryl groups and the polyunsaturated fatty acids cause a chemical reaction that makes the carrier oil water soluble. This allows the carrier oil, and the meds we've bonded to that carrier oil by also using lecithin in our mix, to be absorbed into the cell membranes.

The cell membranes are supported by the unsaturated fatty acids, which have an electron cloud, allowing them to bond to oxygen. This aids in cellular respiration. Without the essential fatty acids the cells struggle to get adequate oxygen. Cancer cells can't survive in a highly oxygenated atmosphere. One of the things that needs to happen to allow cancer to get a foothold is a breakdown in the cellular respiration rate.

The take-away here is to make sure you get essential fatty acids into your diet. Your body deserves that advantage.

Everytime I do anything about omega-3s I flash back to the day Dale's cardiologist recommended he stop taking omega-3 capsules because there was no evidence to demonstrate the benefit in including them into the diet. When you tell a man already taking 23 pills a day that he can give up 6 monster-sized ones he'll do it.

The following year he had double-bypass open heart and within six months he was gone.

It's frustrating.

Cajun,

Can you please confirm that suppositories will still be effective even though he has a stoma bag?

Wait for Cajun, but I would think that they would still be fine. You are absorbing through the mucosal membrane so I don't think having a bag will effect that. :peace:

We still need to wait on Cajun Chewey, but this is my thinking too, in the same he can still tack. This isn't stuff we necessarily want to think of as something being digested, but rather absorbed. Can you appreciate the distinction?

Yes I can, although i don't know why?

Today, he is much worse than yesterday. He has been vomiting blood though the night. They suspect stomach ulcers but have no intention of looking!

He has no appetite at all so he isn't eating a thing. If he ingested a very small amount of THC this would help with this, wouldn't it? But i'm guessing he can't for some reason, i'm hoping one of you could explain why?

I tried tacking around 2 weeks ago and found it quite challenging not to swallow any. I can't see for one minute he will tack correctly without swallowing any.

Things i'm still not clear on are....

Demethylation

Using SweetSues guild in her study hall, how often does this need to be done, daily/weekly etc?
Can he use suppositories with having a stoma bag?

It's not looking like he will be out hospital anytime soon which is a problem so, how about if i make suppositories using size 00 capsules following the instructions that SweetSue gave me? No cocoa butter but these we can get into hospital and being capsules, they won't melt. He doesn't have a fridge so can these just be kept at room temp and if so, good idea or not?

Let me see what I can help you with here Chewey.

Something digested has to go through the stomach, liver and intestines to get into the system. Something absorbed will get directly into the system. The bio bomb is direct delivery, particularly when used with tacking, sublingual or suppositories. The blood vessels associated with these doorways into the system bypass digestion.

The appetite concern may be alleviated by vaping some cannabis. Is this an option at all for you? One of the nice things about a vaporizer is no smell, so it can be used in a hospital room without fear of getting caught and tossed. A couple pulls of something indica might go a long way towards stimulating some appetite.

The cannabinoids do much more than fight cancer. Their cellular attachments are what keep the body in homeostasis, so the ulcers, if they exist, will be helped by the cannabinoid therapy as well. The sooner the better on starting those suppositories.

I'm with you on the tacking. Try smaller tacks, spread out over the day. At least one member here used up to ten tacks a day. Your friend isn't afraid of the euphoria from what you've shared with me, so is this really a concern with him? It's not that you're not allowed to swallow, it's that swallowing will induce euphoria. I'd think cannabis would do much more for pain and nausea than what they're giving him right now.

Don't worry about all the pre-dosing with that many tacks. In his condition that would be unreasonable. Try for about four evenly scheduled dosings of the apigenin and go with small servings of the coconut oil in advance of each cannabis dose. As he stabilizes you can readjust back to normal pre-dosing.

Back in post #709 Cajun already said the caps would work, but cocoa butter suppositories will work better. We're kind of under the gun here. The overriding concern is to get him started. Go with the capsules.

It'll be ok Chewey. You're doing all you can and you're trying really hard. I'm going to assume the universe brought you into play for a reason and I'm going to decide that reason is to help your friend find a way to spend more time with his loving wife, family and friends.

Again, many thanks for this Sue. For some reason i thought he wasn't suppose to swallow any at this point because of his condition. Yes, we both love some euphoria. So if he tacked 5-6 times and maybe ingest a small amount, this may do the trick with his appetite?

Vaping is not an option in our hospitals unfortunately.

So, is this a green light to swallow a very small amount of THC oil but still tack 5-6 times?

Just to be clear on my part. He will be tacking directly to the gum with straight CO. No Bio Bomb at the moment

Folks, i just wanted to share this with you. I received a message from him this morning. He was ready to throw in the towel. He has been tacking today, he said, he tried to put on too much and swallowed some, his words were "I was quite wasted"

The point i'm getting to is, I've just spoken to him again, its like talking to a different person. Just swallowing them small amounts from trying to tack have lifted his spirits right up. What an amazing plant :)

:yahoo: Wonderful news Chewey.

Small, frequent tacks, if possible. Swallow. Enjoy the pain relief and the lifting of the spirits. I'd expect appetite to return. Let's choose to be positive. :battingeyelashes: Try to let as much absorb into the system as possible, but don't hesitate to swallow.

@Chewey,

I wish I had friends like you man. You are doing holy work there for your friend thats respectable. In my situation all friends hide out, and still trying to use me as something for their good. Your energy and help will beat that cancer, and I sincerely wish that for your friend. Be strong, and don't give up on this.

That sounds a good turn around Chewey. Just to say please remind your friend and his wife to be careful that nurses do not find your CO goodies. Have heard of a few cases where this happened and they discarded it and reported the patient.

Cajun, Sue, anyone else who may be able to help:

I'm having episodes of pain that are more frequent and intense. I feel like it's the cervical tumour troubling me, pain is in the pelvic & bladder areas. What worries me is that I'm not getting pain relief from my doses of CO. Does this equate to its not working (as in not attaching to receptors?) or not absorbing well enough? Currently I take the full 1 grm as suppositories. I've been afraid to tack - not sure where I get this from, but I have in my head something I read that for some one here the tacking caused tumour growth and that small sporadic does of THC could stimulate hormone related tumours. So my question is, should I try tacking one dose or best not to risk aggravating the situation? Which method will help with pain?

Two months ago I thought I was doing so well and was able to get on with life. Now the pain is dampening my spirit.

shazzy, I believe you're referring to post #178? This was Cajun's response to a question on tacking.

I don't recommend it for GFR-influenced cancers/diseases, nor anything with the phrase "Stage 4" in it. Read what I posted earlier & you'll see why I'm recommending it 15 mins prior to more dosing. But, not by itself.

I understand your caution. Cajun will be along, so hang in there. I'm sorry to hear you're in pain. I'd think some sloppy tacking would help with that.

He was told today, life expectancy 12-18 months being optimistic.

A little more time than I thought, assuming they are right. They also said two weeks ago, he was cancer free...

So Cajun is saying tacking alone may not be effective, but can be a benefit combined with other dosing methods, right? At least that's what I always understood he was a saying.

Shazzy, just a thought, but are you continuing to demethylate? I was just wondering about that, as at some point with the large dose you're taking I would think the receptors would bind up on you with a reduction in positive effects from the THC. Something to ponder until Cajun can swing back by.

You're lesson here Chewey is that they're guessing. That's plenty of time to heal. Their prognosis means nothing to us.

Shazzy, there are moments with cannabinoid therapy when you have to trust the process. That's not to suggest all's well, because pain is a signal that's meant to get you to pay attention, but keep the faith in the therapy and stay the course until you hear from Cajun. When are your next scans or labs?

95% of what we worry about in life never pans out the way we worried it will. Keep your expectations positive and send healing signals to your body in place of the panic I feel from you. That panic is a very human response, but with training your brain can learn to turn the beginnings of panic into hope. Give that some thought.

Your brain doesn't know the difference between reality and what you tell it. It believes what you tell it is reality. You control that message. I encourage you to change that message to a consistent song of joy and expectation of healing. You can do this shazzy. I know you can.

Absolutely! I believe 100% we can do this and having cajun and yourself guiding us, what more could I ask for :)

Spoke with him this morning, he is tacking away :)
