What is the best convertible light setup? By convertible I mean both MH and HPS bulbs can be used.

I bought the 400 watt conversion model and the ballast gets very hot, it has no internal fan, it's even outside the grow area and had to put fan on it to keep it cool and if you touch it the light will go out ,needless to say I'm sending it back
