Truth... would you reuse the water from last night or switch it out?

Out of curiosity, why the bags, then jars vs. straight into the jars? There is a version of bud washing that includes really hot water. I don't buy into that. I use water straight from the tap (hose). 3% H2O2 doesn't do anything negative to the trichomes (Jorge Cervantes recommends it). It just turns into oxygen and water in short order.
After I wash I shake the branches out and hang them in the shade with a box fan on them for 4 hours or so, while I take off the fans and trim (I prefer to wet trim). Then I hang them to dry for (I hope) a week. I like the drying area in the upper 50s or low 60s as I know they won't dry too fast. The longer the better.
When the stems crack without breaking, I cut the buds into turkey roasting bags and burp them twice a day for a week, then once a day for a week, and get them down as close to 62% RH as possible. Then they go into jars with Boveda 62s for at least 3 weeks curing before anyone gets a crack at them.
So from chop, that's six weeks before they're fired up!
I've changed to the Derbybud burping method of using turkey roasting bags, because it's much easier, faster, and more effective to open 2 bags rather than 6 jars two times a day! And they get a lot more air circulation in a bag than in a jar.Out of curiosity, why the bags, then jars vs. straight into the jars?
I’m waiting to take this monster down...Piling on the weed...most excellent!

At this point I'm burping 6 bags rather than close to 20 jars that I don't even own yet .
Yeah I have them in a dark cool spot. 65F @58% in the jar when I went down to burp them this morning. Im going to turn and burp them twice for two weeks, then once a day for a week like you said.Still gotta burp them for two weeks! Can't seal them for the cure a week after chop or they won't have a chance to dump the chlorophyll.
Thanks man! The clones are very healthy looking compared to the original clones they came from.Looking good Adam
You lost me there.Trim them up 8" from the bottom and you get to bury them 8" deep when you transplant! More roots, thicker trunk, and fewer worries about headroom .
No shit! That’s pretty freaking cool. I was wishing they were shorter. I don’t want to top these though. Do I need to scrap the sides of the main like I did the clones?Sorry, I meant that once you trim everything off the lower 8", you can bury that 8" into the pot when you transplant. That lower trunk will grow new roots, will make your plant 8" shorter, and make the trunk more stable.
