Yes it was expected. When first forced from flower back to veg the first new growth is all twisted and gnarly. The first leaves to open up will be single bladed and smooth edged. Then three bladed but still smooth edged. After a few weeks three bladed with serrated edges will appear. Then five and eventually seven bladed leaves will be everywhere. Reveged plants tend to be bushy monsters.
