420 Magazine's Official Comparative Grow with Seedsman's Purple Ghost Candy

Also @SeedsMan when doing these comparative grows what are you looking for in the plants?

From the first page, first comment:

These are some of the things we look for when determining a winner:

Frequent Activity & Updates: Journals should be regularly updated at least once per week, preferably daily
Attention To Detail: Journals should discuss growing methods and techniques in detail
Quality Photography: Pictures should be clear and of good quality
Proper Grammar & Structure: Journals should be well-written and easy to understand
General Forum Conduct: Journal and author should adhere to published forum guidelines
Stays On Topic: Journals should be focused on cultivation and consumption of the strain being compared
Responds To Questions: Always give clear and thoughtful responses
Explains Well & Offers Advice: Journals should recommend our sponsors' products whenever possible
Promotes our Sponsors: Feature, tag and recommend our sponsors

The contests and events that we have will have the rules and expectations in the first comment. If you don’t see them then there’s a strong chance that it’s not a legitimate 420 Magazine contest/event.

The comparitives are less about the specific plants and more about the promotion and engagement of the sponsor. Showcasing dependable products with quality customer service, stuff like that. Plus, what better way to get your name really out there then having some of the best growers in the world growing your lines.

Portia is 28 days old today. I uppotted her to a 10-gallon pot outdoors today. Here she is in her new home. She's currently being fed GeoFlora Veg.

I have 1 PGC in flower @ 3.5 weeks, and it's stopped it's stretch, but two and a half feet was enough  and I have one still vegging

Purple Ghost Candy

I cut a groove right down the middle under the light starting about a foot above the 2nd screen. :cheesygrinsmiley: I'll lose some bud in harvest, but the picture taking should be a lot better.:hmmmm::)

Oh my Lord!

That’s some beautiful growing! Well done. And if you haven’t yet got her in a competition - get her in! She deserves to be ogled!

🤩

Thanks Trala, :) I might enter a contest at the last minute. Give them a chance for the bud to grow till the 14th. :hmmmm: About all I can enter is the plant of the month and It's hard to highlight one plant on the screen.🙄

I'm still beating this one into submission.
She grew into the light yesterday so a few leaves got toasted, and some others got twisted. After that I moved the light up a bit higher and tied her down again, busted a few more stems, and tried some of the plastic training clips.
The last two pics I took a minute ago, you can see how fast she bounced back from yesterday.
I reckon another couple of weeks of battle, then I'll let her go...
