420 Magazine's Nug of the Month: December 2014

Awesome entries everybody Here is my entry for this month. My long time baby, a select pheno of the elite master bubba. This strain is the pinnacle of bubba hybrids IMO embodying the best of both strains with a heavy pre-98 backend. Very high yielding for a kush i have been constantly satisfied with this strain since it was birthed by friends of the family over 7yrs ago. So enough rambling from me here is the pic. Hope u enjoy and good luck everybody.

So many awesome entries i still cant decide which to vote for. Forgot to mention that this was also grown using my RVLS technique using no bottled nutrients or pre-bagged soil. Fed only plant essences/extracts i make from locally harvested old growth forest residents as well as some select fruits and veggies for added enzymes etc...all coupled together with my hand harvested old growth mycos bringing the costs waaaaayyyyy down and the quality waaaaayyyy up lol. Not that this will help my chances but wanted to make sure ppl knew how this beauty came about. Peace

I would like to enter with something from this summer outdoor grow, 1 month cured Jamaican Sativa bud covered all in trichomes, this plant was organically grown. Bud has a citric smell very potent euphoric high, great smoke to get things done, lift up the mod gets you happy.

Wow, I'm taken aback at this thing of beauty. I have nothing but appreciation for your grow style, and those flowers look absolutely incredible. Top notch stuff, way to go!

I guess "This round was very dank" was too "mini"

It really depends on you as to what effect you will get from this or any strain. I just tried a few to try to explain... but just typing that I know there are few that do that and then type about it so who knows

Well folks I have an update on potency. I was at a gathering and took out my Stok R2 and took a few pulls of the blueberry. A long time sufferer of Crohn's watched and asked if they could try. Without thinking I said sure and offered a pull. After a SMALL pull this person turned white stumbled around and face planted on my entertainment center Holy fucking shit!!... meanwhile I feel no effect at all other than "feeling OK"

Near as I can tell it is D.J. Shorts Original Blueberry. This was gifted to me as a clone, billed as "blueberry". I tried for more info but could not get it. I did research and found the images of D. J. Shorts original blueberry looked exactly like what I was growing right down to the "party" color leaves.

If you seek the most potent strain, I have a hash bud plant named S Girl that blows away the blueberry, blue moon ... shine is also right up there on my meds list and tastes WAY better than hash bud plant. As far as that goes the haze I am growing has more hair on it too. I know you are adding to your list but I was actually thinking of dropping blueberry because it is not as potent as some of the others. I will say, I love the smell and taste of it, nice and dank and the processed product is tasty and delicious. The most potent cannabis I have ever had is Thai stick. It was a true "one hit" weed. One hit would put most folks in a chair for a while... like an hour, no joke.

Good luck on your search... I still seek true skunk although I have just been accused of keeping them because of the smell but back 30 years ago a true skunk bud was around, one day I will find it.

im still in search of that early 80 thai stick,It seems im so full after 30 years,man I just cant seem to get stoned,if I get a new species,it works for about a week or 2 then its back to chain smoking to keep anything going.im starting to think a thc recalibration period is in order

about 3 years ago a species called woody og came around,(hindu,master,og kush)it was excellent,my last "favorite" has been barneys farms lsd
