Here it is finally.

The very last of my old fave.

KaliMist x Hawaiian Sativa x BC Big Bud from seed purchased from the old Emery Seed Sales.

Grown in my DWC bubbler tubs. Cured over a month and aged to perfection. These are 8 months old and get better as they age. At first the buzz was way too trippy and anxiety inducing for me if I had just a little too much. After a good cure and a couple of months in a mason jar she settled right down, or I got used to her, and was my favorite since. I still have a few seeds left but need to create a new space for them as my little grow room is busy flowering a bunch of Kush right now. A really nice smooth lung opening toke that sneaks up and tries to blow the top of your head off five minutes later. One is usually enough unless you wanna get baked but I usually just need the pick-me-up and attitude change for the sunnier side of life that one hit gives me. A real UP high that fades nicely away to a peaceful easy feeling.

I'm gonna miss her when she's gone.

Irish, OH MY GOD!!!! Do you have a link to a journal of those beautiful nugs?

:ganjamon: It's in my siggy, somewhere around page 3 or so...or in my photo gallery. I'll be putting more in my gallery soon for the ending of my 2009 harvest journal. And oh! I almost forgot! The plant it came from and the flower this particular bud was is in the Plant of the Month competition. You can't miss it. Click here: 420 Magazine's Plant of the Month Contest - November 2009 :battingeyelashes:

Those plants turned sooooooo black! Started out gorgeous green colas with hints of maroon on the stems and in the bud leaf. Then as the weather got cooler the green was overcome with the maroon and really looked black. Inside the bud, though, it's a kryptonite green...:yummy:

Wow, really? That is so unique. Do you have a pic of a bud broken open, I would love to see the contrast?

I do, as a matter of fact! :battingeyelashes: Click on the link at the bottom of my siggy--"Why I Just Can't Pull 'Em". I tried really hard to get the contrast between the two, but the only macro I have is on a 200mm zoom and I have to stand 6 ft away to get the shot, and there's no depth of field to speak of. But they turned out good enough to see the gradation of color through the bud....

Congratulations to this month's winners..
