Re: Member of the Month June 2011
Great...sounds good to me....Thanks.
I don't want to hijack this thread so if you want to switch to PM, let me know.
The 3-part nutes can be used for both hydro and soil. They are pH'ed for hydro so when you mix equal parts of grow, bloom, and micro, the ph of the nutrient solution will be right at 5.7-5.8 depending on your water profile (my water has a ph of 6.9 and very pure...im lucky). I have used it for soil grows and the pH of my soil is always just a hair over 7 so the pH of the nutes works perfect for me to lower it a bit. I would just add the nutes to the soil and then test the ph of the soil with a probe. If is between 6.1 and 6.8...you are GOOD to GO! The application recommendation table will work great for cannabis since it really jacks up the potassium during flower phase but leaves the phosphate at correct levels which will prevent it from interfering with the absorption of other nutrients. cannabis needs a lot of K. Just use those ratios in the table during different growth phases and increase as needed....your plants will tell you when they need more...Listen to them! Hope this helps. oh btw, I am about to launch a completely organic line just for soil....y'all will love it
