This is going to be tough decision (as usual)....with some thought I finally have it down to 6 ;) :rofl: ....as all deserving of being nominated and voted for.
 
Wow...that must be a mistake...why is name up there??? It's truly an honor to be on this list and to be thought of in this manner...whoever nominated for me....I thank you. This is why I love this site.....great site....great people...helping to achieve great success.

Looking at my post again that isn't quite worded right, as the final outcome isn't decided by the Staff. 420 Staff will select the nominees in the poll from nominations sent to them via PM from the members, members decide the winner by voting in the poll in the 2nd half of the month as the polls are put up on the 15th of each month.

Dear 420 Magazine Family;

It's been about 24 hours and wow what a whirlwind. I'm writing you because I want to thank you for the super amazing, incredibly honoured, heart touching nomination(I know I already wrote this).

In fact, the nomination itself was the prize. I have been strictly focused on my Cognition rehab but this nomination tapped me on the shoulder and said "Good Job!" That completely took me for surprise because I am not popular, nor a veteran of growing. But wow it made me feel like a katrillion buds.

Just the acknowledgement is enough to make me red in the cheeks proud and that is medicine for my heart. I am already a member of the month finalist, lifechanging, but the voting aspect gives me slight anxiety. The prize package is a massive karmic handshake that will grace the winner who worked the hardest for it and unfortunately that is not me.

I cannot assign the time to give advice, give instruction, greet people etc those are a few of the noble reasons for other nominations. I cannot give a thing, in fact I'm on the receiving side of life because of my future, humbly. You may or may not know I have a brain condition that is ever so slightly degenerating over time, but I am improving slowly because of my new purpose in life by growing my garden to supply my own meds, thanks to this forum/friends.

I am not the prom queen, never will be; I am the high functioning grower who will retrain her own brain, in spite of the doctors, using Cannabis in more ways than one. I couldn't even justify voting for myself, out of pure respect of the grunt work it takes to actually win a voting contest. I have to respectfully tap out and thank 420 magazine, friends and secret nominator <3. However, if this were a soccer match I would be ready for a battle...lol (Retired soccer player)

This website is everything to me, it gives me a purpose to live, spambots to destroy! - cue SheRa cartoon, grow my own meds, make friends who really care, gives me hope that I can volunteer one day 420 Magazine. (uhhum ;)

Enough about my stuff, let's give it up for everyone who makes this place a positive place to be.

Most importantly, my favourite 420 gal. G2heal, you're a spirit of kindness and determination. I enjoy your posts and journals so very much. I try to never miss an journal entry. You're struggle is not one to make you weaker but make you that much stronger. It has been a while now, that when I feel down and need some positive vibes that I venture to read your journal from the start. You are truly a awesome person and definitely a #420HERO. Thank you canno for those words of acknowledgement. I will add to that:

It's no luck of a draw of chance of a pick that you are nominated. Take it as an opportunity to make yourself more seen to other people with similar life situations. I'm always grateful to those who walked a part of my path before me as it makes it easier to follow. All the goodwill will be welcomed back with more goodwill. Your time and energy given back through the immersive and amazing paths of the universe (not just Space, but everything and more beyond the dream of being). The life brings on it's rewards and punishments in it's own ways. Happy days for you, may those be cheerful and merry! :Love: :Namaste:
 
Special recognition from your peers is such a rewarding thing. Just being yourself, and adding enrichment to others' lives while they add to yours......what better way to start and end each day? :Love:
