That's a for sure !! I'm putting in my grow room AC tomorrow. Sucks paying that bill, but if i want to grow in summer, there's no other way with the 630W light !! Hey man, I took your advise and bought the z7. Been using it for like two weeks now. Seems like cheap insurance to me !!

this is my outside ladies. Both in 5 gal. fabric bags & 100% ffof soil mix. they were like a foot high when i set them outside about 3 weeks ago. Bags are not big enough, but I'll take what I get !! High probability, that I'll get these ripped off, before then !! Ha !! I'm not gonna go sleep outside with them !!

Ahh fair play bro, I'd you do start one again let us know. It's always good to keep notes of what's going on, either in notes or in a grow journal, you can't go wrong with being able to look back and see what happened if anything went wrong etc. I'm not too bad buddy, how about you? :)
 
Well, I'd better get back to keeping records, and a journal is the best record. So in my nurcery, thers 4 blue dream, 3 og kush & so far one bubba's gift, that have roots.
In my 400w hps tent, I'm running a bunch of seeds that came from an accidental pregnancy, in my 2d. to last grow. they're at day 15 of bloom and I see no hermies yet, and they're all female. So we'll see how that evolves. And in my 630w lec cmh tent, I have two Bubba's gift, one og kush & one blue dream. I'm still growing with same ferts. & same setup. the only addition is I'm running an air conditioner during the lights on periods, & then moving my intake to a fresh air source during the lights off period. Clones are same age as the lec tent plants, so I'm counting 26 days.
i just sorta lost interest in journaling for a while, but I do realize the importance of having a record of what we do. I was gonna start a new journal, then thought why bother, just run a perpetual journal. I'd like to change the title, but don't know if I can or not. Here's a few pics.. Can anyone see any hermie development on the plants with the hid shining on them ?

None seen by me mate, did not expect to anyway. still waiting for Bubble Gum auto to flower if weather warms up she will be banished from tent. Forgot to mention Nice Pic's

Thanks for the quick reply Gasa. I've looked them over, with these soon to be 75 yr. old eyes, and can't see any sacs.
 
76 here mate just about just about ready for Magnifier Glass, I was assuming they were from the dropped seeds from your last seasons grow.
I mentioned then that an old pro grower here said sometimes plants go into self preservation mode and produce a few seeds I got 1 from my white widow.
I'm kind of hoping that will happen with Carnival but I have 3 good clones going just got to try to slow the growth down space is the problem as Mother is taking up most of 2x2x2 meter tent in veg.

it was a cheese that hermied , causing about 20 seeds from each of the other 3 plants, which was a critical +, og kush and another cheese. So yes, we'll know soon if they're gonna hermie. We were so lucky that the whole crop wasn't heavily seeded !! Hope all's good down under ?:surf:
 
Yeah all is good, its too bloody cold for surfing though will leave that to the Sharks.
All those plants look good mate, can't see you having any problems there. :thumb:

Oh dam, don't become shark bait !! and I'm hoping that you're right, as i have about 60-80 more, that will come in handy !! You got any outside ??
 
None outside yet too cold 11c - 52f but it won't be long before the get moved, price of power is a killer it just keeps on climbing higher and higher and I have Sola too! another month I will be flying with all of our sunny days .... just cloud for the last week or so.
What is the lowest temp for your outside grows?

I'm in Ma., and May is when we move out plants outside. Now it's 85-90 degrees during days, and about 50-60 at night. Plants are just starting to show white tops. My elec bill is about 200$ a mo, which is not too bad. thanks for hanging here Gaza !!
 
This is my 4 plants under the 630w lec cmh light. They are 27 days into bloom, just coming out of the stretch, and looking fine. Top left and bottom right are Bubba's gifts, Top right is a blue dream & btm. L is og kush. 3 are in coco, while the og kush is in FFOF potting mix and being fed FF trio, with open sesame additive

. Currently being fed at about 1200ppm, and they're growing like weeds !!
