Forgot to mention the temps have been 66 at night in the tent.. i think ill give it a couple more weeks and get the temps down to 62-64 if i can for the last couple weeks before harvest.

That's great. I read that the low temps at the end can really bring out some awesome colours. Yours are already looking totally awesome so any little extra will make them look magazine quality. You should defiantly enter these girls in for plant if the month. .

Yea im wondering if they will purple up at all.. i can only hope lol nah im good, i dont want that added pressure on my first grow. Thanks for thinking they are good enough though, that means a lot! It will be interesting to see what they look like after i trim them up at harvest time. Ill try and get a pic of the trichromes through my loupe tonight. Its hard to do but i wanna see what you guys think.

Thanks man.. for over a month now, ive given them six feedings with mammoth-p so far. I just gave them the highest dose so far and that liquid bone meal yesterday. Hoping they start bulking up more. Temps have been 75-77, mostly 75 and lower humidity, around 50-55 at night and 35-45 during the day. So thats been great hopefully it wont get too hot this next month before harvest.

I hope things stay in perfect conditions for you brother. I just requested my free sample cuz mammoth p is expensive. The problem is it kept saying what store to send to so I just put my address and sent them a message telling them in a resident not a store lol. Hopefully they can do something. I used to skate when I was young and I tried to ride a skateboard last year showing off for my son and almost broke my damn arm. Needless to say I am done with skateboarding lol

I just got my 7 yr old a new board. A pretty decent complete for $45 out the door all Darkstar brand. I'm hoping he will get me motivated to skate again. I'm 34 but can still rip it if I don't rip my body first. Lol

Yea im 27 and i feel it the next day when i fall.. especially my hip, i have some problems with my left hip/sciatic nerve. Skating helps stretch it out which is great but if i fall on it its not so great lol

Yea i used my 300w viparspectra up until two weeks ago, i was very impressed with it. The best and brightest cheaper led you can get. Worked wonders on my three ladies.

Heres some pics of the trichromes, its tough to get good pics. I see some amber and mostly cloudy trichromes on the sugar leaf in the first picture. Looks very promising, getting close guys, may be closer then i thought!

I was surprised to see amber trichs so soon.. my inlaw, thats a professional grower, told me to harvest at 75% red pistils if you dont go by trichs which he doesnt. He said by then you should have mostly cloudy and some amber then once the drying and some cure is over its perfect.

I've been pretty much just going by trichs, I'm going to have to pay more attention to the pistols as well I guess. But from what I've gathered, both methods are pretty close to getting it right. Checking both would help in making that big judgement call.
I'm trying to get away from the couchlock for a bit, so I'm looking for 10-20% max amber, closer to the 10%.

Your supposed to check trichromes dont get me wrong but I have had strains that took so long to amber that my buds actually went past prime harvest.

I know I cant be the only one whis experienced that

I wouldnt tell you some bs just to say it. I would never try to steer someone wrong. All im saying is if all your pistols were turned and receded back into the bud yet your trichs are still cloudy...theirs a good chance if you held off waiting on trichromes to amber you can go over maturity. So try to take everything Into account

Ive heard of that happening a lot.. maybe those strains don't amber up much in the first place so you wait and sort of ruin the bud. I dont care about ambers too much, i like a good body buzz and nighttime smoke but im more about being able to function during the day. Ill probably just harvest all three at the same time regardless and hope the Hawaiian lady is my nighttime smoke and the other two are my day time smoke. I cant really tell between cloudy and clear trichromes all that much so since i saw those ambers i know its getting close now. Just unsure about the other two but ill keep an eye on them, maybe ill let them go an extra few days.

How long are you going to flush? I was going to flush 2 weeks last grow, but panicked and it was 11 days. Apparently that was enough, cause it tastes, smokes and smells better than I expected.

Most people get to impatient to let it go that long anyways.
