Your girls are really filling out nicely, toast! 
Fine job toasted. Exellent work for your 1st grow. Couple of suggestions for you....cut way down or cut out your N. Leaves very dark, too dark. Should be seeing some fade beginning by now. Excess N at finish tends to impact taste & can cause leafy bud. I'd cut out that Beasty stuff too. Me I'd throw it out altogether. That high PK stuff is awful. Likely why you reported some burnt lower leaves. See the turned down tips & margins with flat leaf back? This isn't the excess N clawing. It's the plant asking for more Calcium....the tips & margins are growing slower than rest of leaf. Adding more Ca will also help your buds bulk up...it bonds with almost everything & push it up to the buds. Most liquid CaMg's use Ca nitrate....use a carbonate or phosphate type Ca. Liquid bone meal or Kelzyme Element XX. Liked your post on how much you love to grow so want to see you succeed.

Some strains stay green all the way thru. Not necessary to see fading. I dunno where this dude got his info. I'd like to know so I can read up and correct my logic. Please provide a link. .
You're correct...cookies & some kushes do like to stay mostly green. But reducing N by mid bloom is common practice for best results. No link brother. This year marks 50 years since started growing so just sharing a little knowledge & experience gained along the way.

Well im not using that much n right now i think its the soil and those damn perlite balls.. i transplanted them six and half weeks ago before i flipped and i bet you anything the roots are growing into that soil. I think i just need to flush them.. when i water i dont get too much run off. I will take into consideration what you said brightlight, i really appreciate the knowledge!

toasted I did a flush by mistake I think 2 days ago and is messing up everything showing signs of something not there before.

Thanks man we will see how it finishes up! Next grow im gonna do an incredible bulk and a vanilla kush.. gonna get those started soon under some cheap lights while these ladies finish up.I didn't know this was you first grow.... You did great for your first time... I'm impressed

Heres a couple better focused pics
Kinda looks like a seed pod, not sure though... I usually take a needle or thin wire and poke at any suspect calyxs. You will feel the hard seed when you poke it if it's a seed. Looks frosty though
