I decided on a little of both.. i really want the air to be moving around in there all the time, good air circulation is key. So instead of pointing the fan at the plants i pointed it towards the wall. Now they can have a good nights rest and not be bothered by that constant colder air blowing directly on them all night! I think that will be much better now thanks dutchess glad you said that, sometimes the little things matter the most.

I agree and disagree with you here.
I agree that simple sugars are microbial like to feast on something beside our plants or soil but relax get fat and shit everywhere supplementing our soil further

Here is where I disagree:
A macro nutrient is still a nutrient
Just not one that is heavily relied on
Nor should it need much in the line of tuning either
Which macro is molasses high in lol I'm not a molasses expert at all in fact I've only seen it once in my life!

Calcium!!!! And yes you are rite when you say molasses does not feed the plant but actually feeds the micro organisms in the soil. And I cannot say with 100% certainty that molasses makes your smoke sweeter but I can say that all of the plants ive used molasses in have tasted great either way.

I will say that (I would like to think) molasses helps to make the terpines taste more enhanced but that could just be me. BUT I know that when you use the enhancers like sour d that it actually makes your bud taste like apples or whatever flavor profile you are using. So that being said if sour d can make your buds smell and taste sour apple-ish then why wouldnt molasses do the same?

Can someone clarify this?

Hey thanks man glad you made it by.. two lights now, a viparspectra 300w and a mars hydro 300w. 100% happy i got that second light its serving my ladies well. I really dont think molasses makes the buds sweeter, its just good for feeding the microbes and maybe increases your yield. It may make the buds have more of a flavor profile but i dont think it would make them sweeter. The plants dont absorb the molasses like it would that sour d stuff.

Someone once told me of you add a couple drops of vanilla extract it should add a bit of flavor within a couple hours. Have NEVER tried it a little iffy about adding one flavor it may take away some of the natural flavor. Anyone ever been told this about the vanilla extract? Very nice toasty can't wait to see those buds swell up for ya .

Thanks growchy.. nah i have never heard that before. If i were to try id get some pure vanilla extract not the artificial kind obviously lol personally i wouldnt think it would do much honestly, i dont like vanilla flavoring all that much any way lol

Ok guys its day 31 of flower and the buds are stacking and getting bigger, frostier. Watered them today. Ive noticed something that i havent thought about since they were younger, when they looked more like indicas. Im thinking they are more sativa dominant.. if you look at the leaves they are more spread apart and they grew like crazy once i started giving them nutes and the new light/environment, tall not bushy as much. What do you guys think?

Also the two that are the same strain are obviously different phenotypes. My 'runt' is definitely the frostiest of all three and has pointy tops to her colas.. the other one that used to be the tallest has more flat topped colas and the leaves indicate it may be more indica dominant. Then theres the Hawaiian lady.. shes a bit more bushy and i swore when she was younger that she was more indica dominant but now i dont know! Got some claw action and a little burnt tips from the last feeding.. oh well hopefully it wont mess with her. Shes getting frosty too though, i heard it snows in Hawaii.. . .

Except that i have 11 good seeds i got from bonza and some other good bag seeds and a house to myself if she does leave.. may the demons have mercy on my soul.. lol
