3 Strain - Aurora Indica - Wonder Woman & Haze #1 - Nirvana Grow

FLUSH OR NO FLUSH
Ok after noticing tiny burnt tips on the plants (the wonder woman being the most affected) I asked my friend who babysat the girls how much rhizotonic he gave them with their watering and he gave them double what I showed him. I'm guessing that this is why the A.I and the two Hazes have very tiny burnt tips on the lower growth and the Wonder Woman is a bit more affected looking pretty much the same as in the last set of pics above. The thing is tho that there is still loads of new growth about two nodes since last pics, and there is no burning whatsoever on the new growth and they are healthy green. I'm not sure if I should flush or not seeing as their growth hasn't been stunted and their growing quick. It's their plain watering tomorrow so I'll add some canazym with the water.
I Lst'd them yesterday and I'll be posting pics of pre-Lst with the burn on each plant, then post-Lst. It's 3am here so I'll post them up tomorrow morning. If anyone would like to give their opinion or wait until I put up the pics it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. I think it's prob nothing but I just wanna be sure.

Hey Joe
Do you alternate feeding and just watering? If you do I wouldnt worry about the burnt tips so much, if its just the tips. My ww gets the same thing and doesnt get any worse then just the very tip.

Then again, flushing wont hurt anything.

Hey puffy my soil has enough nutes for about 4 weeks so all I'm giving them is the root stimulator rhizotonic on every other day like this: water, feed, water, feed etc. I was supposed to be giving them enzymes to break down dead roots and promote clean soil environment but I couldn't find the bottle anywhere. Most people say it should be added with every watering, so I might add it in tomorrow. I'm thinking if the burn gets any worse I'll flush right away but I guess the pics will give a better idea. I'd post them up now but I use a friends Pc to upload pics.

UPDATE DAY34

Ok so here is how they look yesterday before and after I Lst`d them. A bit of nute burn so im prob gonna give them half a flush as they dont look too bad and still growing like crazy.

Looks great joe.

If they grow well then thats fine, normally no real need to flush i think.

Just keep an eye on the edges teeth of the leaves. You might want to add some Nitrogen and possibly bit of Phosphor ( later on ).

Keep up the green work. :thumb:

I am not sure you have a nute burn issue there. Looked at all the pics pretty closely and I feel they may be a bit hungry. I have never heard of the maker of your soil so I have no experience with it. They are growing though and generally look good. Who says projectile vomiting is not an art form? When I was in the Navy............

Thanks for the sharp eye man. yeah I'm going to give them their first 1/4 strength feed one they dry out and see how that goes.

Hey doctor I'm beginning to think the same thing as my soil is only fertilized for 3-4 weeks and I can't see how something like rhizotonic would cause nute burn, gonna give them a 1/4 strength feed once they dry up. Plagron soil and nutes are a company based in the Netherlands who make cannabis specific products, there pretty popular in Europe. On projectile vomiting as an art form yes I agree and we are the Van Gogh's and Rembrandt's of our generation :)

Thanks guys, I can't wait to see how they respond to the nutes. I'm debating the soil for my next repotting and I'm not sure if I should (a) Buy a bat guano mix that will fertilize them for six weeks or (b) if I should just use the 3-4 week all-mix I'm using using now and add bloom nutes as needed? Anybody have experience with both methods? Or any suggestions at all? Thanks
