But, couple of your girls are bit bigger than Lucy, not that it matters, its only a couple weeks at most difference. Ive transplanted Lucy into final pot now - 35L, Im about to pull Kiksumass today or tomorrow then Lucy will be going under my MH as my good CFL broke:( And what Im using is barely only good as supplemental lighting/side lighting..
So the ol' 400w is back in action, tho I think its ballast is stuffed or globe as light appears to pulse?? Kinda intense,then dulls for a sec and so on.. Ill keep it going til it shits itself, But I wish Id grabbed another recently when I had the chance.
I am still keen on going for gold tho - Lucy is about to be LST d also, Ill let you know when I begin ok, and will include alot more pics for others too so they can see how I aproached it, and if they like mimick it.. IM SURE WE WILL BOTH HAVE SOME IMPRESSIVE GIRLS BRO!!!!

The PE may be a good plant to grow, but Im not sure on their growing abilities, heights etc; SHARK is kinda associated with Aussies so go the GREAT WHITE - Jaws type shit - 30ft monster!!!!!
 
OK Miwa, I need your damn help.

Can you give me a step by step of what you do with your aero cloner? Try not to leave anythiing out.

Like what type of water, how much water, whats in the water, ph of water, temp of water. How do you cut the cuttings. Basically everything. Please, would really appreciate it.

I can give my 2 pennies. I use regular tap water in my bubble cloner and that's it. Until they grow roots. I dont do a 45 cut at all. I have a regular dome and use a T8 for lighting until they root. After they root I use 1tsp of big grow per gallon & liquanox b-1, voodoo juice, hygrozyme. It's all about the air pump though. You need a 25L - 110L per minute air pump to do the job. The more air the better. But I just notice u said "aero" lol

I have a bubble cloner and it has not worked yet lol :(.
 
Well for the dwc I didnt use a dome, they never wilted didnt need it. The air pump was more then enough, dont know its exact specs off the top of my head but I have 3.
 
I would use a dome start using a dome. The humidity being kept around the plants is moister. Clones need alot of moister atleast 50%. Dry air around clones will make it harder for them to root because the moister that it does take up from the stem its replacing whats gettin lost in the leaves. So pretty much it all goes to waste and no time to hold water in the stem which in turns sprouts roots.

There should be no reason that cloner don't work...i sterilize my cutting tools...the angle on my cut is over 45 degrees..more like the angle on a pencil..the more raw area exposed the better..sometimes i split the stem...put the stem in jel..i let it sit in jel while i cut all leaves in half...at least a minuite...wrap the pot insert around the stem...i cut the bottom of the netpot off..put the insert into the netpot...put in cloner...forget about it...i got my pump on a timer..30/30...on/off...spray heads are 7.5 inches from the bottom of the lid...keep light 24-7 to stop clones from flowering..i had my cloner sitting in the window...daylight hrs were 10..my clones had rooted and was putting out flowers..which really is no biggie..they will reveg..

i know you can do it..as long as that pump sprays the stems..they will root..it can be a continous spray..or on a timer...i got it on a timer to save wear and tear on the pump..
 
got those stones from the grow store..had them for 2 years now...no clogging...and i loss the bet..this is the tanks 2nd day..all 6 seeds in the RW is looking at me...the JP..only one...and all seeds had split when i planted...my ladybugs are here..the stuff to seal the rm ...next week..i just left my other spot..took pics..will post later...saw a nat flying..so i'll take some LBs over there later...got shopping to do...i laid one of my sprouts pot on its side last night...the light did a LSTing on it...the top went vertical...so did the side shoots..just an ideal to kick around...
 
Are you using tap water? Do you PH it?

Besides the splitting the stem part I did all of that Miwa. On all 3 of my attempts with the Aero.

Its looking like my latest attempt which was a dome and rockwool cubes is not going to work. They are all quite yellow now, no roots and just do not seem happy.

BTW Miwa do you use the ladybugs outside too? I always figured they would just fly away lol.
 
Ive actually never noticed a single lady bug in my garden. Which is a bit weird considering Ive had both black aphids and orange ones.
