dam storms...i didn't check the weather..around 3 am a storm came through...all pots were in the open..got a good flush...the framework over my plants is 6 ft..Big Mama is at 5,8...and shes tied down..she already got her neck broke...arms are next..we don't allow ladies in the no grow zone...i'll scramble the jets...

damn, not good, how much growing time do you think they have left,

we had huge storm here this morning as well, around 4am and lasted till around 9am, so glad i didnt have any plants outdoors but its been that dry here that the rain water just caused much flooding as it could not soak into the dry ground,

tell that plant whos boss, let it see the chainsaw, start shouting and telling it to stop god damn getting so tall else you have no choice but to take drastic action and start chopping its limbs off, i stern warning should do the trick, or maybe some super cropping,

one way i stop my plants growing upwards is to remove the fan leaves on the tops of the branches i dont want to keep growing, like lets say the main stem is getting to tall and the side branches are not growing much, i then remove the top set of fan leaves and the set just below it, this then drastically slows growth on the main stem and the side branches catch up and turns the plant into a bushier plant, if you kept removing the fan leaves on the branches you didnt want to grow then this may help with the upwards growth, i know your plant is pretty big but it might give similar results to what i get when i remove fan leaves,
 
i know if i had plants outdoors this year they would be doing well with this crazy heat we are having, was touching 35degc yesterday at my moms, its a bit cooler today after the storm and more storms likely over the next few days but still going to be hot and sunny when its not cloudy so i know if i planted outdoors this year then they would not of died like they did a couple of years ago,

ill plant some outdoors next year and hopefully the weather will be like it is now, i could do with an allotment or something like that where i can grow regular plants and grow some bud hidden at the back out of view, i know most allotments are not fully used so i guess i could rent my own patch and pick a good location away from well tended plots, then i dont take the risk of losing my plants as much as i do if i plant them somewhere where i walk my dogs,
ill look into it during the winter as ill be able to get a good plot then, i could even use the allotment to mix up some super soil for outdoor and indoor use,
 
ooh man..we had about 7 days straight of over 35c...my veggies was wilting..the ladies loved it...the hum was in the 40s...still got to get through aug...this bush i got has 3 side branches racing each other to the sun..her leg is almost 2 in diam...thats a lb plant..when their stem gets that size you can count on it...i got a compost pile going..a lot have already decomposed..so i decided to test it out...i put a bagseed in there...its up and growing like crazy..it has had no nutes..just rain water..now i was throwing everything in that pile..pails of uren..thats good nitro...egg shells..coffee grounds and filters...put some perlite in there and i might have something..i got one of those soil test kits from loews..might not be exact but it will give me an idea..
 
when that storm came through..i had 2 babies out in the open...one in a pot..its a bagseed..its for an experiment..when i do another one...it loves storms...flushes leaves it a little hungry..

this other one..also a bagseed...also an experiment...i started this compost pile last summer..started with leaves..grass clip..saw dust...then started putting egg shells..coffee grounds..dumped lime and pee in there..so now..its got worms in there...big ones..is it any good...smells good..ok..i need a volinteer for this exp..up steps a bagseed...
