2nd Grow: Fruity Pebbles, Gorilla Zkittles, Peyote Critical & 3 More

Howdy. I saw you were growing peyote critical. I just received some seeds.
I can't drop them for a bit, so I wanted to see a preview of sorts.
I'm glad your Black Domina came up for you.
 
Day 34 Wow, wow, wow. Don’t know why I didn’t start using it earlier, but I’m back to using Black Strap Molasses (Sulpher Free) with my watering. Used about 2Tbsp to a gallon and a half water and I swear my plants doubled in size in less then 24hrs. Maybe this is that spurt of growth I was expecting to happen and has allowed me to trim some foilage back and get this mainlining going. Things are starting to look pretty, pretty, pretty good now

Best of luck when you get to try your seeds out. I won’t lie, but kind of bought them because of the colourful pictures seen online. My mom was all about the colours and some buddies have been dying to get their hands on it too. Love that it is crossed with some Alien OG, which is fav of my sister and I don’t myself. Hopefully when I go into flower that I have enough cold air to trigger the changes in colour. We will see I guess when I get there ;)

Breeder pictures are not usually accurate. However the genetics look interesting. Gorilla and Skittlez. I will also try Blue Gelato 41 from Barney's which is Thin Mint GSC x Blueberry.
 
Day 36 Thanks for following everyone.:ciao: So I am no longer mainlining my Black Domina plant. Where I had topped it I never noticed that the right side wasn’t showing any growth and never did. So I grew it out a bit more and will see how well it will take to Quadlining. (Not seen in these pictures) Everyone else is taking a much steadier growth now and again I give all my thanks to Black Strap Molasses. Seem to almost double again in growth in a simple 18-24hrs later after watering. I guess I will see if that holds true on Sunday as they will probably need a watering again tomorrow.

I’m telling you it’s the molasses that is making it look so lively. Thought it was more for the flowering stage to help out, but I think it’s working better in this veg stage then flowering (from first grow experience) Gotta get me some more with a 20% off coupon out for The Bulk Barn store here in Canada
 
Day 38 Hmm my GSC I grew in my first grow I thought I messed up (which I did) is making me feel nice with my casted arm pain as I type. (Could be so much better) Ok, so update time. So I gave everyone a trim/topping yesterday and again gave them tap water with BSM. Man that S.O.B. works so well with my plants. I will do a set of 3 pics below of my Cinderella 99 plant from yesterday and today. Out of the 7 strains, this seems to be adapting the best to the mainlining. Hoping for 16 colas for the switch to flowering and hopefully that will be in just a couple more weeks.

Day 40 Well looks like everyone is going strong still. Watered with BSM and again they respond nicely. Will probably let them grow out for a few days and defoliate, anchor down and maybe top some for the last time. Hoping to flip in 2 weeks but my Black Sugar and Black Domina might push me back an extra week if they both look a bit stunted to me and hope for the best when they stretch in flowering. Also split the top of the stem on my Peyote Critical a bit while mainlining, and have taped it up. So far all seems well, and it stays that way

Day 43 looks like I spiked the ph on a few plants as I had a rust like development on a few leaves on my G. Zkittles, Gelat.OG, and Black Domina. I’m going to bring my use of BSM to just a single use in my watering a week. So I added some lemon juice to today’s watering session to make it a little acidic. Worked nicely on my last grow. With them appearing I decided to trim away for my mainlining. Growth seems to be going steadier now and maybe I will be able to make my switch to flowering in 2 weeks. Black Domina, and Black Sugar are still the runts of the grow, and again might be the reason to go an extra week before the switch. Gotta say my Gelat.OG looks good, but looking a bit bushy and in need of some branch stretching. So today’s pics

Day 45 I think I’m getting a bit obsessed with my plants and trimming back my growth. Although I think this might be the final trim until flowering. I took the pics this morning and then about 30 minutes ago I went back downstairs and trimmed away some more of all my girls. I did Cinderella 99 this morning and feel like I have pressure to succeed with her because my supply is very very low and my cousin LOVES this strain. I do too, but for social stuff like watching movies on my projector or zoning out to music. . . while I shove anything sweet in my pie hole. Anyways the pics

Day 48 Still a few ph issues but I think they are starting to recover knocks on wood Growth seems to be good still even with my hiccup here. Will do one more week of vegging if this growth keeps at the steady pace that it is. Will have to move some plants around with the stretch and will keep my hybrids in the back, as they will stretch more then my Indica dominant strains. Bought new SCROG netting for the tent so I can have 2 layers of netting to use in this mainlining experiment. Hopefully they will produce the big fat colas that I see online and will need the netting to keep them upright :yummy: Now the pics

Day 51 the smell coming from my tent right now is amazing. Almost tempted to switch now to 12/12 because my Cinderella 99 plant is above my planter bag now and will, what triple that with the switch. Few plants I would like see stretch a bit more before the big one coming. My Black Sugar mainlining I have kind of let get out of control, but I think it could work out nicely for me with possible new cola growth spots. Going to be a long waiting week with this and me getting my 2nd cast off from my wrist surgery on Tuesday. So today’s picture update

Day 53 man I’m getting the itch to switch, but I shall keep my wits and wait until Thursday. I’ve been defoliating and the plants just rebound 2 days later looking even bushier. Cindy looks like she wants to grow herself out of the bag, G. Zkittlez and Black Sugar aren’t that far behind taking over their grow bags too. Here’s hoping they start growing upwards with the switch. Now for the pics
