2nd Grow - 1st Roots Organic - Kind Soil With A Flux Grow - Northern Lights Auto

I'm doing a Raspberry Cough Sativa in KindSoil. It's the first time working with KindSoil I like it, it's been the easiest grow yet. Though I find it a bit expensive to do with several plants, but we shall see. Your fluxing is coming out great looking. I'm trying mainlining for the first time on the same plant. Next time I want to try fluxing. Anyway, good luck

Thanks for your comment, Nunu! I can see that it would get a bit pricey when using for many plants and needing to pay the shipping. Luckily enough, I live close enough to forego the shipping $. I bought 10 lbs which will get me through several months with my few plants that I have going at a time. KS said I'd probably want to use it up within 7 months.

That raspberry cough has me intrigued! High THC and CBD sounds great. Will have a closer look at your journal soon. Cheers!

I topped once. Never topped the ends like LA said, but wish I had; makes sense.

We'll see how it goes on this auto. I maybe should have topped the previous side-by-side node but I didn't. I gotta start figuring out how I want to map these branches out.

Did some defoling and arranging today....

She's looking great IJ:thumb: have you already topped the flux ends? Nice before and after:bravo:
Thanks dirt! I have topped the ends. I'm going to try and get thing's located where I want them before I leave on Thursday for 5 days. I figure that's when I'll let her start growing vertically since I won't be around to control her. I'm already noticing the branches starting to stiffen up.

Since you mentioned it, I've been reading up on the kind soil and am considering adding it to the next grow. Is it your intention to skip nutes then?!?
That's correct, MP. I'm only adding aerated tap water PHd to around 6.8. The soil is supposed to have everything the plant will need throughout the entire growth cycle. I love the simplicity!

How's she looking? Bet she's all pretty with little flowers by now. :dreamy:
I'll have to wait and see, Mr A! I left town for a week so am hoping that all is well when I get back to them on Thursday. I had a webcam set up in my tent and was checking in the first couple days, but the computer must have crashed (as is typical of that computer) because I haven't been able to view them the past couple days. Let's hope the apartment is still intact and the girls are getting along alright.

Thanks for checking in! I'll post an update with pics by the end of the week. ;)

Good job on the flux juan and it looks like the kind soil is doing its job those plants look great!
Thanks Drazel! I'm very happy with how healthy she's looking. This is sooooo much easier than using the GH nutes and coco coir medium! Hopefully this one yields about as much as her older sisters did. She got a bit droopy yesterday when I gave her a good watering but we're back to looking good again today.

Since I harvested NL#1 last night, I moved this NL#4 under both LEDs and I've got a couple 85w CFLs in there too. I might add a couple others that I have, just for kicks.
