personally I would hope the other two are female as well. lol
As far as the 12/12 goes, thats something I personally wouldnt do unless you know you have females already, I know others do it all the time, I just would prefer the pre flowers to start showing first. The difference is size, of everything. The plants finished height, width, root mass, # of bud sites, yield, ect, etc........If you have VERY limited height, wish to flower in I would say #2 pots or smaller so you can really pack em in, have a weaker light source, or a 100% sativa variety, you may need to try this. Otherwise I'd wait till they are a foot or 18 inches tall in wich case I would use (soil right?) 3 to five gallon pots as many as I could fit. Of course I am stoned right now sooooo..............
