21 days flower Do-Si-Do

Looks like the hairs are just starting to crinkle & turn orange / red. You probably have 3-4 weeks to go. Don't be in a hurry to harvest because they put on a lot of weight the last 2 weeks. It's worth the wait.
A general rule of thumb is.... "When you think it's done, give it one more week".

Looking good ! When you say 21 days is that from the actual day of the flip or after a 2 week transition period? I count from the day I switch to 12/12; but some others say the 1st two weeks is a transition period & they don't count it as flower time. Got Me ? 12/12 means it's in flower to me.
Just wondering as I have a Do-Si-Dos I'm doing a SCROG on that goes in flower real soon. Nice to have your journal to compare it to. Thanks !

I count the same as you do. But there are others who say the 1st 2 weeks of 12/12 is a transition period & technically still in veg. I'm not the one making things technical at all. I have no idea who calls it transition & who calls it flower till I ask. I just wanted to know how you counted so I could see if mine look about the same as yours at 21 days of flower is all.

I'm doing a 10 gal. 3x3 SCROG grow with a Do-Si-Dos now. Planning to flip in a week or two.

To be honest, I really don't know. It's my 1st SCROG grow. I see people filling a tent with just 1 plant & that is the whole purpose of a SCROG. I see people putting more than 1 plant under a net; but that's not a true SCROG. That's just support for Cola's to me. Not sure how large the buds will get; but I know the branches are all plenty stiff enough to hold up whatever I do get. Been adding about 60 ml. of MSA Silica to 4 gal. of feed which lasts for 2 feedings. Branches are as stiff as leaf springs on a car. I will thin it out some when I flip to 12/12 .

the one plant grows takes alot of veg time to set up the plant for flower and filling the whole tent

think can be done much faster with multi plants.. and u dont need to net ( as much ) plants stronger ( strain )

Yes, it's taking quite a bit of veg time. I'm probably getting close to 90 - 100 days now. I'm not in any hurry on it as I have 9 plants in 3 gal. pots I started flower on about 10 days ago. Wish I could have cloned the 9 before flowering; but I sold my other 2 tent set ups so I only have the 2 I'm using left. Normally I wouldn't be using both at the same time; but wanted to try a SCROG grow out.

3 gallon pot good for one nice main cola .. i like seven gallon pot smart pots..

my veg is like 5-6 weeks and just about the right size to go for flower for me .. i dont have the back to do scrog work
or the knees.. and a week or 2 for seedling ..

I'm hoping for around 24 oz. total off the 9 plants in 3 gal. pots. Sure hope to pull at least 12 oz. off the Do-Si-Dos.
I'm guessing at these numbers big time. Never did a SCROG & never finished in 3 gal. pots. That's only 2.25 lbs. total so it should be doable.

I would sure as hell love that. Most I've ever pulled from 1 plant so far is 11.1 oz.

Just a 5 gal. pot. Had a Mars Hydro TSW 2000 on her all by herself. Grew 3 plants. Each had their own TSW 2000.
2 plants were over 10 oz. each & 1 was 11.1 oz. They were Gorilla Glue, Gorilla Girl & Afghan Kush. I think it was this grow if I remember right.

900 watts 3 plants in 5 gallons... air pot?
. i like my 7 gallon air pots.. 10 is to big in my dish.. and a bit much for indoor .. need to fill up
more buckets of tap water to work with ..

No, just fabric pots. Never tried Air pots yet. I had to cut a plastic 55 gal. barrel down to use as a drain pan for the 10 gal. I do have a brand new pack of 12 - 7 gal. fabric pots which I'll be using next grow. Then I can say I've done a grow in 3, 5, 7 & 10 gal. pots. Haven't used a 7 yet either. Always been 5 or 10 gal. Want to experiment a little to see what size pot I like the best (The kind I smoke is the best so far... Ha Ha).
Any chance you've grown "Super Silver Haze OG" ? I have some freebie seeds of them I might grow soon. Just wondering if it's a decent strain with a good buzz.
Gotta get some pics uploaded so I can update my journal. I've been slacking on that. Talk to you later.
