2020 Outdoor: Auto Blue & Mixed ScrOG

I had a staggered harvest so that is not all of it

Been trying to LST the second round of autos. They already seem happier than the first round, but time will tell!

I believe they’re 28 days. I’m gonna let them go vertical while spreading them out and away from each other the best I can at this point.

I have no idea how old these ladies are at this point. I could go back and check the calendar, but it doesn’t seem relevant anymore haha. The two gals in the back, Amnesia Haze and Super Skunk, are starting to preflower...I’m seeing pistil growth. The OG Kush looks like it will veg a little bit more before turning. She gets more light but I don’t think she is far behind.

I defoliated them pretty hard this past week by taking lots of fan leaves off the main uprights. It opened them up quite a bit and they seem very happy about it. I was worried that I was heavy handed but they seem okay!

I just put up a second level of netting for the OG Kush to act as support and to spread out the uprights more evenly than they were doing on their own. I think she looks good!

Also foxfarm nutrients are made to co-inside with their soil.....I actually just water them for the first 4 weeks because the(foxfarm ocean forest) has enough in it to last 4-6 weeks on water alone.

The photoperiod ladies are filling out. OG Kush’s main stem split in two! I taped it up as best I could and we will have to see how she handles

I’ve been topping them every little while to keep them branching. First I topped the whole plant, then I topped all the side shoots. Another week or two later I topped the two new mains. Most recently I’ve been topping the side shoots off the two mains.

I was so bummed when I saw it had split and thought it was funny that the first aid is to just tape it back together. Mine scarred up nicely. I just took the tape off the other week because it was girdling the main stem!

Ya I was devastated when it happened especially all she's been through..but I read that the sticky part of the tape acts as a bonding agent...these plants are fuking amazing, the things they do are incredible and they have human traits..they are green people..!!!

Here’s a couple shots from today. The auto flowers are just older than 5 weeks. The photo periods are flowering and got their first treatment of bloom nutes.

Nice. I read to keep up with veg nutes until they stop stretching even though they’re flowering. Once they stop stretching is when to switch. That’s what I’m going with anyway.

Autos are about done stretching. I gave them veg food today and will prob switch to bloom food next weekend. They’re 6 weeks and a couple days old so we will see how much more they stretch.

Also, we harvested the hops and brewed some beer! Two batches; a harvest ale, and an IPA
