This is Northern Lights bud, 28 inches long. It is a deformed freaky bud, the pic does not do it justice. It looked like a peacock feather, and someone told me it was a fox tail bud. It was 28 + inches long and not like any other bud, it was all 3 to 5 inch branches, about the size of a pencil lead, running all up and down the man stem or branch. Each 3 to 5 inch stem had very immature flowers on it.

Yes, that BEARD is me. I cut it off Christmas Day to just an inch long. I grew it to be Santa for the kids.

Absolutely gorgeous buds Roseman! That is a huge trunk and from the 'runt' no less! Wow. Let us know how it tastes and smokes. Great grow, man.

This grow started as 15 seeds that were not feminized. 3 were a Big Skunk Strain, and 12 were Northern Lights. After Sexing, I had 2 Skunks and 7 N/L plants, that Vegged 5 weeks to the day. In a 5 gallon bucket, I had one giant Skunk that gave me 5 1/2 ounces and one runt that I did not weigh, it was so puny. I let my helper have it to take home and dry. I gave away the sickly runts that were shaded by the bigger plants.
In both tanks of N/Ls, I had a giant, a medium, and a runt.

Total yield that I kept was 18 and 1/7 ounces of dried manicured buds. I also got 4 gallon baggies of trim leaves, and 2 shoe boxes full of fan leaves.

I hope to post my How -To Tutorial soon. This was my 8th Deep Water Culture Grow and my
2nd and most difficult, next to the first.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ROSEMAN!!!

Thanks for finishing up with your harvest pics. You have outdone yourself once again. Those "foxtail" buds are really freaky! I wonder if they could have been caused from the extra grow nutes that were introduced during flowering. Maybe the extra nitrogen caused a growth spurt and it resulted in the long but spindly cola? Just a thought.

A fantastic showing for a Sept 1st to Dec 8th run! CFl's in Bubble. Are you going to go to MH/HPS next time out - with CFL for side light?

18 + oz from a small area grow! Wow! Fat and Fast!
