This what GH suggest I have had no problems as of yet.. I have been doing just a bit less then recommend my girls are kicking butt.. I start flowering 9/9. Hope this helps
Also I have been trimming the leaves out of the way so light can get to the middle of the plant and has helped mine but I'm still in veg from my understanding you may want to wait till day 21 of flowering to trim.
