2 Up Pots In 3 Weeks: Gorilla Glue Autos

You probably know more than me about these picky plants.
Welcome StR.
From the little I’ve experienced with them, less is more. The ones I’ve grown, in soil, were very light feeders compared to the photos I’m used to.

One grower you might want to talk budsbunny. He just just had one hell of a harvest with autos in DWC and a very detailed grower.

Let me get u a chair NH.
Pass the pop corn . I will pass you the:passitleft:

ha! Remember the olden days ( circa COVID 2020) haha when you puff puffed, passed ?
im a lurker and lose threads so please don't Take my participation personally :)
:Namaste:

Hi Senior, I grow them on occasion. So far I grow em in their final container and have had good luck topping before the 21 day cut off when the plant is big enough for my fingers to get in. Natural works for me as well but I prefer topping when I can.
I have seen several people get them to grow well up potting once. I tend to agree with InTheShed regarding potting up. Done with care I believe is fine. Inconsequential? Who knows, but I see good things. I just don't do it.

Thanks otter.
I appreciate your experience and your comments.
This is just an experiment . I am blessed with some amount of time and desire to know.
Growing is a damn special journey.

Experiments are fun. I am in on this one!

I don't up pot my autos, but only because I just don't want to have to do it lol. After the seed pops it goes right into the final container for the least amount of work :lot-o-toke:

I do the same thing for my photos too if I have the room though.

Great to have you b.
Did you get those plants of yours finished up ?
Sorry about the scourge. The weather was not kind to you.
Just about, 2 more to go.
Theyre close, Im going to bring them into the house and set them up inside this weekend, theyl finish up there.
And ohwell, "sometimes she goes, sometimes she doesnt"

Hey brother , thanks for sitting in.
Time is a gift that I have since I retired.
As I said above , up potting has always shown exponential growth for all my plants.
These 3 have shown that same kick. No shock what so ever .
The question is will the second up pot change any results ?
IDK.

Today.

Lookin mighty fine mate! I believe those size containers should be appropriate for almost any reasonable indoor plant :) good lookin soil too - but yeah those should be perfect, best for them to breath & dry efficiently for optimal nutrient uptake etc
Doin great! Keep up the good work

So... what are you doing..?

two transplants in three weeks?

first of all, thanks for tagging me in!! :ciao:

second of all, it could probably be done. One transplant at a week and a half, and another at three week mark. The first transplant might go a bit better but the second transplant you’ll probably have a lot of medium fall out as it didnt have the right amount of time to let a proper root ball form to hold onto all that medium.
Best of luck!!

Already did it.
I’ve never had a problem up potting twice in less than 3 weeks .
I think this was 18 days . I wet the soil in the morning and change pots that evening.

Thanks Hyper.
5 gal pots.
I considered 3 gal but I thought we might need more room for the root ball.
