1st Post First Attempt At Growing: Indoor LED Setup In Tent: Comments Welcome!

So far all my splits have just healed themselves. They made big fat ugly strong knots! If it were snapped I'd be inclined to wrap it, but just split, leave it. Is the top on that stem perking up?

Hey bro yeah just checked now and they’re all bending up to the light :thumb:

Don’t worry about it you think? I was worried that it might dry out.

That's definitely gonna give you more space! I believe you will need it, so even though we hear that people don't mess as much with autos I don't think you had a choice. Here's what my splits look like now. Looked just like yours to start:

As you can see they like to try and straight out and will if you let them!

So this morning I decided AG was looking happy enough and defoliated her lower growth to give her room to breathe.
Haven’t defoliated any top growth yet a sweet I’m waiting for it to establish itself a bit more before I decide what needs to go or stay.

Really happy with the girls and can’t wait to start seeing some frost/buds start!

I added a pic of the Blueberry preflower below, any idea on when budding will start based on what you can see?

Ok so the Acapulco has thrown out a bunch of new shoots from nowhere and is now challenging my space once again haha.

Blueberry is charging along nicely and is really being left to do her thing at this point.

What do you guys think about the AG? It’s been a week and a half since I flipped the lights now so how much longer can I expect her to stretch for?

Decided to do a little more pinching and bending to try and tame the AG beast :laughtwo:

So impressive how resilient this plant is! For a first grow I’m learning so much and loving every step of it!

Blueberry is slowly starting to plump up and is just covered in pistils. At what week of flower do plants normally start getting frosty?

Trimmed the AG a little bit today too because it was so thick that air wouldn’t even make it through the canopy. Hopefully helps get light to the bud sites below too :cheesygrinsmiley:

Awesome! Acapulco is a tough customer, dont be shy with her, she can take it, and some. See what I mean, you bent those tops and,the other tops wanted to catch up....makes for an even canopy, which will be a blanket of buuuuurrrd.... Lol.

Any idea on how long she might stretch for before she starts budding up?

Can’t wait for the next phase to start :meatballs:
 
Acapulco like a stretch, just like Tangerine Dream , those two are nuts for it.
Acapulco starts a,lil slow but packs it on later.... The stretch should be over soon mate, just keep on top of training that top, so it doesnt spring up again.
Flower areas always get owned by plants....lol

Defoliated the Acapulco fan leaves to direct all of the energy to the new growth sites.

Gave both plants a nice big drink and they seem to have loved it!

The blueberry bliss isn’t showing my any other signs of stress other than the 2 lowest fan leaves so I’m hoping she’s recovered from her earlier issues and is back on track. Fingers crossed!

Fiiiinally got myself a little dehumidifier and inkbird humidity controller for the tent.

Humidity has been up around 65-70% so it should consistently be sitting around 50 from here on :cheesygrinsmiley:

Pretty happy about it. Blueberry structure is looking awesome with plenty of bud sites popping up.

Exciting times! Hopefully it’s smooth sailing from here :yummy:
