If you had a 2 week span from topping to new growth then, it might take the same again. (at least up to 2 weeks)

I am not sure but maybe now when your plant got more roots it will recover faster? When i topped My plants they didnt slow down for more then a day.

Yea them are the rough ones but some are solid green and soft

The big fan leaf u see is discolored on the other side a fan leafs is soft and green like fully but this fan leaf looks like changing colors and its rough to the touch if that makes sense

Is it possible to check your water PH level? Do that 1st and go from there.

Well u haven't watered in like 4 or 5 days but u are asking check the ph from the soil

If your water is high PH it can cause a lock out from nutrients.
