1st Grow - Soil - Apollo 600W HPS/MH - 4x4 Tent

Dang, I really wanna see pictures of your scrog. Thinking about making one out of pvc for my tent once I can stuff her full of autos! :cheertwo:

Really hope you can figure out what it is, lol. What all did you use for it? And how high will it be sitting from the top of the pots?
No luck with the nails?

Hope it's ok to chime in here? I documented how I made a scrog in my journal here

Max's First Grow - Soil - LED - Painkiller XL

It was cheap and easy. Good luck.

Hey everyone, quick update! Sorry I have been MIA for the people sub'd along. I am currently out of the country and get back on sunday. I have my buddy looking after my babies. He sent me a pic and the WW were really dropping. They were extremely thirsty so I had him water them. I am hopeing they are alright this morning. This is the longest I have been away normally I would be nervous but during this trip I asked my beautiful girlfriend of 6 yrs to be my fiance :) she said yes!!. (I know 6yrs is a long time lol). So i havent been thinking about them as much down here. Anywhoo, I get home tomorrow and I plan on spending a couple hours in my room to change/clean things up. Smokers420, I am going to try changing my Scrog netting like you suggest. That definitely sounds lIke a better plan of attack. Thanks for the advice! Since I have no smoke down here, smoke one for me my friends!

Congratulations :-)

picture dump, not much of a update. just fed them Wk 6 on Fox Farm schedule, they are loving life.

thanks Smokers420, that's a confidence boost hearing that from you! hope you are enjoying you're harvest :ganjamon:
my humidity is between 23% - 30% right now and temp is between 72-75 degrees F under the light, lights off temp is 63-65 degrees F. So I think that should be pretty good?

I am beyond excited to see how the quality of these buds turn out. When I took these last pics I must say, I was having a proud dad moment lol

(side note for myself, today is day 20 since flip)

Hello I am a first time grower as well. Like your grow looks better than mine. I would suggest hanging your fans upside down to save some space. I found this humidity chart online I have been following I may try and drop to 35% the last 2 weeks is this accurate?

Marijuana seedlings humidity level

Week 1 growth: 60%
Week 2 growth: 60%
Week 1 flower: 55%
Week 2 flower: 50%
Week 3 flower: 50%
Week 4 flower: 50%
Week 5 flower: 50%
Week 6 flower: 45%
Week 7 flower: 45%
Week 8 flower: 40%
Week 9 flower: 40%

During the veg cycle my plants seemed to like 60% more than 50% but that is just my opinion from observation. That chart is on several sites and I think the Author of Growing Elite Marijuana may own some of those sites as well.

Flower week 1-3 is still kind of vegetative. The Medikit I'm using is very high nitrogen until week 5. Week 6 you stop feeding with Medione.

I would love more crystals tomorrow it will be week 5

Humidity during flowering

hey everyone, day 30 since the flip to flower and things have been on cruise control. stretching has totally stopped and the tric production has increased TREMENDASLEY! Just watered all of them 2 days ago with regular distilled water (I water about 3/4 a gallon per plant and it seems to have been working fine for my 3g pots). I have also changed my fan setup a little bit to give me more room, and when I put the fans down under the plants they really perked up and seem to like it a heck of a lot more, plus it cleared up some room in the tent.

I also am noticing how much more bud the White Widows are going to make than the Biancas, I guess that's the difference in a week or 2 longer veg, I would veg them 65 days again if not longer next time. I felt one of the buds this morning and man the smell it left on my fingers is just awesome! had my mouth watering like crazy  :cheertwo:

next update I will be sure to put my MH light back in and take pics. anyways I am going to list a few questions that have been on my mind below let me know what you guys think :thankyou:

few questions I have been asking myself lately:
should I get fox farm sledgehammer and flush these plants to get rid of salt build up from the nutes?
should I cut back on watering soon?
should I stop using nutrients?
should I cut some more foliage off to let more light get under the tops of the plant?

and here are some pics, enjoy :thumb:

Your girls are looking lovely my friend. I would start cutting back on the water for the Biancas some now. Always good to cut back on water some a month or so before harvest. Stop all nutes two weeks before harvest and use just water on them to flush.

This is a clone, but this also works very well on a mature plant. I would clip your big fan leafs like in photo, you can even go a bit shorter on your cut's. Don't mess with the ones around your cola's tho. This should help you out bud with getting more light into your plants..
Ps: Always Clean your cutting tools after doing each plant!!

thanks for the advice smokers420, I will start cutting back on amount of water I use when I water them! I plan on feeding biancas and white widows for another week - 2weeks depending on how they are looking then I am flushing and using only water for the remaining time. I feel like the harvest is going to be here in no time, I am sooo excited. the smell that is on my fingers after I touch the plants is amazing!!!1:high-five:

I did flush today with the fox farm sledgehammer, I had it on the way before I seen you're post smokers420, so I am going to give it a chance. I also took the scrog off so I could take plants out to flush them.

here are a few pics from when I had the plants out of the tent :thumb:
