I was thinking about a 400, but in B'more, and in Philly, they've got Cop-ters with light sensors.
I'd rather not get evicted.
Infrared scanning is now illegal, it is considered an invasion of privacy and constitutes illegal search and seizure. No worries there.
Besides, an infrared camera can pick up your body heat. So if it can pick that up, the difference between a 250w system and a 400w system doesn't matter.
My concern was I do not pay the electricity bill, so I am trying to pull the least amount of power out of the walls while reflecting the light to use it to it's maximum efficencey.
