Water till 10% run off...

I'd say between 6-10 cups or so per plant

Start with 6 cups, then a few minutes later add more

Update: so I used deer park spring water & 1/2 teaspoon of fox farms grow nutes in a gallon jug. Ph was 5.8 and I forgot that you don’t need to worry about runoff so I checked and it was 5.6. The gallon feed all three plants. So tomorrow run 6-10 cups through each plants with the nutes like today?

Yes
I use the flora series but same medium and with coco you do not want it to dry out. I water 1/4 strength 2 times a day
 
20/4 is fine, I've been doing 18/6 lately for more dark, they seem to like the dark to stretch their legs

But both work fine

Just depends

18" is a good distance later in flower

But if they seem unhappy, move them up a couple inches, pretty much the plan at any time of the grow process
