Also... I am not familiar with LED lights... but I know from experience, seedlings don't want an HID yet, that's for sure! They are fragile, and need to be treated like babies. A tiny CFL light will help your seedling grow better

I had mine under 150w HID and it hurt them.. Switched to CFL and they love it. Also, put clear plastic cups over them as seedlings, and spray cup with mist couple times a day. Seedlings love really high humidity, which most ppl accomplish this way.

Yeah im a big fan of CFL for seedlings too. Currently having a little experiment to see what can be achieved with a 130w CFL. Usually just give them 2 weeks but bloom room not ready yet so they're just getting left to do their thing. It's going remarkably well so far. Quite surprised with the results.

Pretty good considering they were under a fucked,14k 130w bulb for the first 3 weeks. It'd been used for about 18 months solid all in. Now under a 2500k bulb that's brand new. They're a bit off cause I've lost my pH meter and trying to guess it while using liquid scillica lol .
