What a great journal! And good save thanks to Shed! Hopefully I get to watch smooth sailing from here
Im growing for some years now but i still feel i dont know what im doing when it comes for the nutrient elements…Me too!
I look forward to watching your grow show!
Bro i got a bucket of mc for years now. I used it once, didnt know what i was doing and saved it in sealed bucket.Hi there
I keep my nutes so simple. I use Mega Crop and it is a perfect fit for me. No pHing, no extras, just MC.
That's a pretty good thread and close to the numbers I use. I use a nutrient calculator with a bit of a learning curve to it, but once you figure it out it's excellent. I can't link to it per this site's rules, but it's this backward: yddubordyh.Im growing for some years now but i still feel i dont know what im doing when it comes for the nutrient elements…
I hope one day i realize how and when to use them for the right result!
If you guys know a book or a link where i can increase my knowledge on nutrients shoot it here pls!
*Edit: i found this extremely informative at least for me:
Hey, Neil here. What’s up my fellow growers? I have a modified Lukas Formula and will explain why it is better, and how you can know that whatever nutrients you are using is giving your cannabis the best possible feeding.
The first thing we need to know is what is the optimal feeding for marijuana. Many recent studies have been done growing marijuana to determine what ppm of each nutrient cannabis does best with. Interestingly, enough, this is very close to tomato plants.
Just in case you don’t know what NPK Ca Mg S is, let’s cover that.
N = nitrogen
P = Phosphorus
K = Potassium
Ca =...

I hope so since mine is at least 5-6 years old! What are the NPK numbers on the front of your MegaCrop bag (or from the numbers on the back)?Bro i got a bucket of mc for years now. I used it once, didnt know what i was doing and saved it in sealed bucket.
You think it can be used after 3-4 years???
Shed i got it out of the bag and into a big bucket with a lid i had around…That's a pretty good thread and close to the numbers I use. Version 2 is what I have and it should work really well on its own from seedling to harvest just by increasing the number of grams/gallon (or liter) as the plant matures. The only thing I recommend is some magnesium nitrate if it's available cheaply. Either way it's good to go as Trala mentioned.Shed i got it out of the bag and into a big bucket with a lid i had around…
I remember it was a big bag i think version 2 if it helps!!
If you want I can run numbers for you for veg, stretch, and flower so you can use up (most of) the Remo. As you saw above some bottles aren't needed.But for the momment theres the 10litre bottles of remo i have to finish
Yes please that would be perfect to finish first the remo nutes and after go to the powder nutes that lasts longer…Version 2 is what I have and it should work really well on its own from seedling to harvest just by increasing the number of grams/gallon (or liter) as the plant matures. Is there a list of contents on the bag of canna pro soil? Is it peat moss and lime or something else.May i add to this point that cannas pro soil works with feeding water ph5.8 for veg and 6.1-6.2 for flowering….
It's not the additional EC that matters as much as how much nitrogen and phosphorus it's adding to the existing nutrients in the Remo/MC mix. Nitric acid is 22% nitrogen and phosphoric acid is 32% phosphorus. How many ml of pH down do you use per gallon?I just realized that my ph down which is nitric and phosphoric acid raises my ec!!!!
Im gonna check the soil bags tomorrow because they in the warehouse now and its almost 24:00 hereCongrats on the new bean drop!
