Hey guys! I put my plants outside after letting them grow and noticed that the leaves are turning yellow. Is it a deasease? I poked drainage holes in the bottom and also stuck sticks into the soil to help them withstand the wind. Did I possibly damage the roots?

My paradise belladonna seedlings are turning yellow. They a couple weeks old and seem to have stunted in growth, and the started turning yellowish. I haven't used nuits on them except what was in the shultz potting soil I used. Sorry I'm computer illiterate and can't figure out how to add pics.
