cloning

Hi everyone, I'm a fairly experienced grower (I've finished about 6 crops over the past several years), but cloning remains my weak point. I've got a late-veg Purple Kush plant that's looking eager to be cloned, but I'm afraid to start cutting, because 90% of my clones always die on me...

This is my first time cloning ever. I though i would share it with you all. I built my ez-cloner for just under 55$(for everthing) I though about getting a real one, but to pay 300 some odd $$$ to get a ez-cloner is a little steep i thought. So i got on to google looking for DIY stuff and found...

So I had to turn my lights off on my moms for a few hours the other day which gave them roughly a 12 hour on / 12 hour off light cycle. Even after just one twelve hour night, my girls produced hairs. This is my first time cloning and I wonder if the Mothers have already produced hairs is it too...
