buckets

I have no fans or anything currently, but my temps are 86f, and up to 95f in my dwc res. I have black buckets, which I realize now is a pain in my ass. I have a series of adjustments to make since I spent a good lot of cash on hydroponic equip, and I don't want to give up and switch to soil...

A friend is amping his up medicinal grow in CO and asked for my help but I didn't really know what to tell him. I've never done anything more than a personal grow so I've always used 5 gal DWC buckets, nothing fancy, just a bucket with an air hose and stone going into it and some clay pellets...

How long can I keep seedlings in rapid rooters? Can I plant the rapid rooter directly into a dwc setup of 5 gallon buckets and 6" net pots?

Is this a bad idea? I'm one week into bloom and the buckets have roots everywhere. Is it to late now to make a difference. It's Dwc.
